- Victoria Falls - As you cruise on the upper Zambezi River, you will also see the mist rising up from the magical Victoria Falls. The Zambezi River is the fourth-longest river in Africa, the longest east-flowing river in Africa and the largest flowing into the Indian Ocean from Africa. The 2,574-kilometre-long river (1,599 mi) arises in Zambia and flows through eastern Angola, along the north-eastern border of Namibia and the northern border of Botswana, then along the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe to Mozambique, where it crosses the country to empty into the Indian Ocean. The Zambezi’s most noted feature is Victoria Falls.
- Zambezi National Park - This park consists of 40km of the Zambezi River frontage and a spread of wildlife, rich inland mopane forest and savanna. Zambezi National Park is conjoined with Victoria Falls National Park and both parks cover an area of 56 000 hectares. A wide variety of larger mammals may be found within the park. If you are lucky you might come across animals such as hippos, elephant, crocodiles, kudus as you cruise on the Zambezi River.

An enjoyable and relaxing time - An enjoyable experience from start to finish . Pick up and drop off were done on time . The trip itself was a very relaxing way to see the zambezi river and to catch the sun set and the staff on board the boat were first class .

Amazing experience fantastic value for money - Staff were so welcoming and attentive. We chose the signature package and couldn't fault it. We could choose from a large selection of drinks both non/alcoholic at no extra charge and throughout the cruise we were provided with substantial canapés eg cheese straws, sushi, mini burgers with equivalent vegetarian options. The actual cruise was stunning and over ran slightly to ensure we got the sunset experience. The boat had luxurious comfortable seating and we were not confined to the seats could walk around to take in the views from anywhere on our floor. Transport provided from our hotel to and from the dock at no extra cost.

It was just an average boat ride, loved seeing the wildlife. - I was expecting a dinner on this cruise but got light bites that were not very appetizing. Drinks were good.

Staff needs some serious etiquette training - The service was absolutely jarring for a “luxury cruise”. The staff was aloof, abrupt, loud and unprofessional. One in particular - Lyn.
The staff seemed very annoyed to be there, which made the experience very disappointing. At some point we were even afraid to ask for drinks, etc as we felt as though we were asking for too much from them.
The quality of the boat is an important part of the experience (which was very good), but if the staff that comes with it cannot be bothered to make the experience pleasant for guests, your business is in trouble.
