• Praça do Vidigal - Upon reaching Vidigal Square, we’ll take local transport (MOTOTAXI 7.00 to go up and 7.00 to come down) to the trail’s starting point (10.00 at the trail entrance).

We’ll begin the well-marked trail, where we can enjoy a night hike (flashlights provided) and the city’s lights.

The trail is relatively easy, and from the top, you can take in the stunning views of Rio’s South Zone, its beaches, and neighborhoods. It’s truly breathtaking. The route is 1.5km and takes approximately 40 minutes to complete.

During our night ascent, we’ll make several stops for photos and to admire unique views of Pedra da Gávea and the entire Favela da Rocinha, once considered the largest in Latin America.

At the summit, you’ll be treated to a 360-degree view of one of the most incredible sights in Rio de Janeiro, showcasing the beauty of the South Zone’s edges, a view that has earned its place as a Rio postcard.

Then, we’ll wait for the city’s most beautiful sunrise.

On the way back down the same path, we’ll be able to observe the daytime landscape and capture it with photos and videos.
