- Praça do Vidigal - Upon reaching Praça do Vidigal, we’ll utilize local and secure transportation to get to the trailhead.
We’ll embark on the trail, which is clearly marked and offers the opportunity for a nocturnal hike (I’ll supply the flashlights), with the night sky and urban illumination enhancing the experience. On our return, we’ll have the chance to gain insights into the area’s plant and animal life, passing by several scenic overlooks that provide stunning vistas.
Throughout our journey, I’ll impart knowledge and tales about the locality.
Following roughly an hour of trekking, we’ll be rewarded with the city’s most spectacular panorama, featuring iconic landmarks like Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf Mountain, Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, and the beaches of Leblon, Ipanema, and Copacabana, as well as the entire southern zone.
