A great time - This was a great tour. Lorant was 10/10. He had water for us and wine, which was nice. He has a good internerary and suggestions of things to do. The trip doesn't seem too long, he breaks it up nicely. He walked us around and made sure we had our bearings. Would definitely recommend him and this trip. It was rainy, he also offered us umbrellas.

Excellent Side Trip from Vienna! - This day trip is not to be missed. With Lorant’s expert help we saw Durnstein, Melk, Salzburg and Mondsee. Lorant was easygoing, knowledgeable and a great driver. But most importantly he was flexible. The trip was supposed to include Hallstatt but there was a marathon the day we had signed up to visit. Lorant contacted me well in advance to let me know and offered to change the day. Because we couldn’t do that, with Lorant’s help we improvised and changed the trip to replace Hallstatt with Melk and add more time in Salzburg. And even on the day of the trip Lorant took our suggestion to add Mondsee, which was spectacular. The day was the highlight of our trip to Austria, thanks to Lorant.

Fantastic Highlight to Austrian Trip - Absolutely favorite part of our Austria trip! Lorent was so knowledgeable but also allowed us the flexibility to personalize the trip. This is a very thoughtful tour that highlights the beauty of Austria.
We thought this was a good mix of guided and self-led tours, thus allowing your group free time to explore. Favorite parts included the Durnstein, the lake stop and the electric boat excursion in Halstatt.
Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Austria- Lorent was great!

Lorant was absolutely... - Lorant was absolutely wonderful—knowledgeable, friendly, and made our trip to Salzburg so memorable. He brought the city’s history and charm to life. His car was spacious and comfortable and his commentary added so much to our experience! He was highly professional and helpful in pointing out shops where we could find the best souvenirs. We would highly recommend his tour to anyone visiting.

Private tour of Salzburg and Hallstatt was great! - Our private tour was outstanding!! We would highly recommend this option. Our guide Lorant was prompt, friendly, flexible and enjoyable to travel with. The auto was clean and water, wine and chocolates were provided. Lorant guided us around at each location and then we had time to explore on our own.
We started the day early at 7:00am due to the length of the excursion so be sure and eat breakfast/coffee if desired before you leave.
This is a quick tour to see many things in a single day so be prepared to focus on the items you wish to see as there will not be time to see everything.
Per Lorant’s recommendation we rented a small boat to self tour Hallstatt from the lake view (30-60 minutes tours are available). It was lovely and one of the highlights of our trip. 30 mins is sufficient so you quickly see other village sites.
Lorant was a great conversationalist but also allowed us quiet time if we preferred quiet moments of looking out the window.
We recommend going on a Sunday for this length of driving tour as there is initially not as much to see on the major highway and there is much less traffic. We had more time at stops rather than delayed on traffic.

Magical Destinations - We had a perfect day, visiting Durnstein, Hallstatt and Salzburg. Somehow, Lorent managed to cheerfully and informatively take us to some truly beautiful places over great distances, but with efficiency and obvious experience. Thank you so much… a magical day!

Amazing Tour and Guide - This was an amazing trip, I very highly recommend for anyone wanting to see more of Austria! Lorant did a wonderful job as a tour guide and provided just a wealth of information at each stop of the trip! It is a private tour, which is a considerable perk because it’s tailored to you. The stops were well timed and there was what we felt was enough time at each location. If you are a sound of music fan, there is a wonderful stop in Salzburg to see the fountain, stairs, and arches from the movie, which is worth seeing! Absolutely great experience!!

Highly recommended tour! - Excellent tour with our guide Lorant. Timings at all of the stops offs were about right, although Lorant gave us the flexibility to change things a little bit if we wanted. Lorant was very knowledgeable about the places we visited and we had good communication throughout the day. His driving is safe and we felt well looked after throughout the tour.
