Perfect day trip for 3 - We had a wonderful trip and an awesome driver/guide, Richard. Pick up was on time, Richard was very pleasant, always making sure we were ok and willing to cater to our needs. We had perfect, sunny weather, and enough time to visit all stops without feeling rushed. We were simply lucky to have a perfect day with Richard included. We recommend this trip.

The places we visited... - The places we visited totally worth it. Our guide Adil was very friendly, he guided us in every stop we made (around 20 min and then we were free) telling us things about every place and recommended where to go. Time spent in Hallstatt and Salzburg is enough but we could use a little more, especially in Salzburg. We started the tour a bit later than expected, so by the time we arrived in Salzburg all shops were already closed. Also it's very convenient that the van is picking you up and dropping you off to your hotel.

Enhancing Comfort for an Otherwise Exceptional Experience - The experience was truly wonderful, and the destinations were stunning. However, the van felt overcrowded, and I would recommend limiting the number of passengers to seven for a vehicle of this size. I was seated in the center seat in the front row next to the driver, which was uncomfortable due to the center console, making it challenging to sit properly for extended periods of travel. While the journey itself was enjoyable, adjusting the passenger capacity could greatly enhance the overall comfort for future trips.

Average - Hallstatt and Salzburg are beautiful, unfortunately very little time is spent in Salzburg
Melk Abbey can be skipped and more time given for Salzburg. Our driver was very inexperienced and did not give much details or history about the places. His English was thin, so didn't say much. Was very new to the job. Was a nice guy though, not a good tour guide however.

Taxi service (not a tour) - 16hrs of silence. Waste of time. I mistakenly thought this was a tour, it was just a taxi service to the various locations. Once you're there, you're on your own to figure out what to do, where to go etc. I can't believe I paid money to sit in a vehicle for 16hrs of silence. At least I had a good nap. When you're in Salsburg at the end of the day this is basically your only main opportunity to find real food the entire day (the other locations had food if you were desperate), so you spend your entire time just trying to find something to eat before the grueling 5+hr silent journey home. It's not the money that concerned me, it was the fact it was an entire day wasted on a holiday, time we will never get back. Save yourself and book a proper tour guide, this was not it.
