Great trip but only cruise one way - It was not advertised as only going on the Danube one way. It would also have been better to cruise in daylight rather than in the dark. Bratislava is a traditional looking town and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The guide was very knowledgeable.

Beautiful City - The local guide did a job in showing us the major sites in the old city. He also gave us great advice about the other sites in the and where they were.

Worthy visit to Bratislava - The tour itinerary followed as advertised. Arriving in the city , a local guide will be with you at most 2 hrs , then the rest will be your own time. Since the catamaran trip back to Vienna is at 6:30pm you have enough time to roam discover tiny street around old town, and picturesque buildings. After sometimes the allocated time by your own is too much , might get bored waiting for the catamaran trip back to vienna . Recommended a day trip to Bratislava.

Great time in Bratislava - Overall, the tour was great and Bratislava is a beautiful city. Pickup was on time and we were greeted by the local guide when we arrived at Bratislava. The guide was knowledgeable and informative, although it was hard to understand or hear him. I had to follow him closely. A speaker or headphone would definitely help. Glad it was not crowded that day. The tour ended before noon and we had more than 6 hours of free time. I was so fortunate to meet another solo traveler. That made the 6 hours seem way a lot shorter. We had lunch at a very good local restaurant, visited the castle, the blue church and walked around the old town. We went to the boat dock before 6pm, walking along the river and watched the sunset. The boat ride back was okay, couldn't see much as it was already dark. Perhaps it would be nicer during the summer. However, we went to back of the boat and saw amazing view of the moon (almost full).

Long day - It was a good trip a bit expensive and two hours too long just passing time at the end of the day could have been back in Vienna earlier

Too much free time. - Bratislava is a great city. Very comfortable and easy to get around. Many things are written in English, so it was easy to navigate. We only had the use of a tour guide for two hours. The rest of the time we were on our own.

Waste - Complete waste of time and mist of what needed to be seen was done in half a day and had to waste time to catch the ferry late in the evening. The guide was awfully and was completely incoherent.

Not safe at all - The tour started well. The bus left Vienna on tome and we were greeted with a very nice guide in Bratislava who spoke lots of languages. We were supposed to tour the city ourselves from 12-6 and there was supposed to be a bus back at 6:30. The boat was already canceled due to the weather and we had no prior notification on that. The evening bus never came. We kept waiting and calling the contact numbers but nobody picked up. It was late enough that public buses were not available and we had to take a very expensive taxi back.

Missleading description - Tour was in two languages not just English, slowed down the tour, to finish at 12 and return at 6.30 was difficult for a 6.5 hour wait. I was so exhausted that i cancelled my Sunday tour and lost my money of $230 not impressed
