A great excursion! - We thoroughly enjoyed this excursion and would recommend it. It was organised, informative and our guide was excellent!

Great - The day tour was awesome even we came late because we go down to bus station. The driver did not announced that those will have a day tour will go down to that location. I called Viator up because we came late and they responded right away. The old town tour was lovely and Suzzana was great. Highly recommend tour once you stay in Vienna.

Pretty City - Travel Fiasco - The tour and the city of Bratislava were both enjoyable. The location for the beer tasting has shut down, so the restaurant for lunch provided us three beers for tasting, so I guess that was ok. However, the directions for the unguided bus transportation were not clear enough. Everyone on the tour (over 12 of us) ended up stranded in Bratislava without any help from the tour company to help us find a way back to Vienna. If the company provides clearer instructions on where to meet the bus, this would be a 5 star experience.

Worthwhile - Food was good. Beer tasting is OK. Bus drive is short and pick-up and drops are on time. 3 hrs is more than adequate for the sightseeing.

A great day trip from Vienna - Bratislava is a fantastic day trip from Vienna. The bus is easy and let's you off right in the old town. Our guide was wonderful. I would skip the lunch and beer tasting option. There are far better restaurants and micro breweries in Old Town than the ones included in the tour option. Bratislava overall was a lovely surprise.

A lovely introduction to an old city - The tour guide was a little bit late arriving but more than made up for it with a very good tour of a charming European town that is unexpected for travelers used to Western Europe. Part history lesson, part food tour, part sight seeing it was a perfect blend for first time visitors to Bratislava. The weather was chilly and rainy and she also made sure to keep us undercover as much as possible.

Tour guide a yes, lunch a big no ! - Our time with our guide Lucy was the highlight, don’t bother booking this tour with the added lunch. We walked past a million traditional Slovakian restaurants and heard how great they were, only to be taken to a restaurant outside of old town where we were given crumbed fried chicken pieces and chips ! We didn’t fly all the way from Australia for that, it was beyond disappointing, the waitress said she hoped it was as good as kfc ! Don’t waste the money, stick with just the tour guide then find your own lunch, we wish we knew it was going to be non traditional we would have left.
