Perfect for couples and Kids - My wife and I had an amazing experience at chocolate museum. Staff was so friendly and supportive. We made 3 bar chocolates and a hot chocolate drink. I cannot believe that I was able to make such an amazing hot chocolate by my own. Complete experience was very interactive and enjoyable.

Great Place!! Made our Trip!! - We started out in the wrong foot, when we were put into the incorrect class. We made chocolate bars, not Mozart Chocolates. But what did we know? We did question the manager because ww were disappointed, and lucky for us a Mozart Class was starting in 30 minutes, and we could join. The entire experience was very interesting and enjoyable. The management was very accommodating, and made our trip!!

An expensive bar of chocolate. - Travelling in a large group one of our teen members found this tour and ‘chocolate cooking course’ which seemed perfect for a Sunday morning. The class ran on time and was organised but was quite disappointing. All of the chocolate was pre prepared which meant there was almost nothing for us to do save pour it into moulds and decorate. Beyond being an activity there was nothing to learn and nothing is taught. The hot chocolate making experience was more disappointing still. Using powdered chocolate and powdered milk it was perhaps the least tasty hot chocolate we have had in our time in Europe. As other reviewers have commented, to describe the displays in the basement as a ‘museum’ is being too kind. It is dated and kitsch. For €47 Euro per person it represents poor value.

Thieves - They stole my money and have not returned it. I upgraded from the chocolate class to the marzipan. They promised that they were going to give back my money on the credit card. In the meantime, they made me pay an additional $200. I did not receive the money back and the class had stale marzipan. I am so upset that I trusted them to return my money. I asked them to please make sure that I have some sort of confirmation and they promised yet still have not delivered. Very disappointed.

Dissapointed - We participated in the workshop program. However, the woman who led the activity was unsympathetic and bored, so we were really disappointed.
