Scammer - Ordinary scammers. My daughter and I transferred money for the tour. Confirmation of payment and booking arrived. 7 hours before the tour they sent an email asking whether it was possible to reschedule for 2 days later, we replied that this was impossible since we were leaving the next day. Of course there was no tour, let's go on the train ourselves (we saved our tickets).
The company simply blocked our contacts and does not return the money. Time to go to court.
