INCREDIBLE SCENERY & FANTASTIC GUIDE - It was an amazing day. Incredible views in this region of Austria. Hallstatt is one of the most picturesque locations that I have ever visited anywhere in the world. Sofia, our Ukrainian guide, should act as an adviser to all other guides. She was outstanding - extremely pleasant, very informative, and witty. We were all well entertained on the long bus journey.

Amazing tour and stunning place - Really excellent day. Lily was a brilliant guide with interesting information and had a perfect podcast like voice for tour guiding! Really enjoyed the day. One small frustration was not being able to sit with my wife on the way there as someone insisted on a window seat but that wasn't the fault of the tour company.

AMAZING experience! 🥰❄️ - When I booked this trip I did not know what exactly to expect but thanks to the amazing team of 7 travel the trip to hallstat was amazing, lilly was our tour guide for the day, she is very friendly, very informative, provided alot of history information that made me know Vienna and Hallstat way more. Her english is very simple, and easy to understand. Timing was perfect and punctual , a gentleman came to pick me from the hotel exactly at the time provided, he came to the lobby to call our names, dropped us to the Opera area where all of the group was there and then we departed at the exact time told. Had 2 stops on our way there to Hallstat and one stop on our way back to Vienna, which was perfect to relax throughout the way. We had more than enough time there, to take pictures, explore the scenery and everything there. Even though its 1st of December, I was so hesitant to risk because of the weather, but its so good, weather was cold but bearable, just wear heavy clothes and comfortable shoes so that you’d enjoy every moment. Thank you so much for everything, 100% recommend it if you have a free day at Vienna, you won’t regret it worth every penny paid! Also great thanks to our bus driver I felt so safe during the long road! 🥰

Hallstatt DASHDA tour guide - From the time we were picked up from our hotel to the check in was very smooth. But here comes the best part. Dashda our tour guide and our driver. I can't pronounce his name. They were fantastic. Dashda gave us a lot of history lesson about Vienna and all the towns we passed by. Her and the driver made sure that we had timely coffee and bathroom breaks until we got to Hallstatt and back to Vienna. They were on time. Amazing service and I highly recommend them. Thank

Long and not very interesting day - This tour is “Meh.” It has two sightseeing stops; a castle (purportedly the most popular wedding destination in the country), and the town of Hallstatt. The castle is unimpressive (although its location on an Austrian alpine lake is nice and probably much nicer in Spring and Summer) and Hallstatt is ultimately just about the high elevation skywalk. The town itself is not interesting in the least. It’s a long day for a photo for the ‘gram. Not recommended.

Disappointing - Very expensive, cold, wet, windy and dark hence not much was seen. The restaurants in Hallstatt refuse credit or debit cards and only take cash and they insist on customers paying 50 cents to use the toilets. No hotel drop off. The coach was overcrowded and very dirty and they wouldn’t allow customers to use the toilet on the coach. Don’t recommend
