Worth the time - Our guide Ute was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the history of the Habsburgs. Her details about the history were tailored to our interests. With her well-spoken English it made the story easier to understand. Would recommend her as a guide.

Recommend - We had already toured the Hofburg exterior the day before but it was great to see the interior and Karin went into further detail which I really enjoyed. Great tour and highly recommend.
I'm not a big Sisi fan myself but I did gain a new appreciation for her.

First time in Vienna. - This was a nice tour. Our tour guide was very professional and knowledgeable. He also showed us some the important landmarks around the Imperial Palace. We really enjoyed it and I recommend this activity.

Worst ripoff ever - Robbery is the lasting memory I will have for this event. There’s no way in hell or on earth that anyone can justify the ridiculous amount they charge for this mediocre event 433 Euro for a couple and just over 2 hours! it doesn’t includes a museum and a palace. The museum is in the palace. You can buy tickets that give you an audio tour for 14Euro each and take it at your pace! I’m embarrassed to admit I was conned on this one😣

Don’t waste your time - Our tour person, Michael, was the worst. He did not provide a good explanation, and did not answer any of the two questions I had asked. Michael arrived late and he did not want to be there. Forget about going in this tour.
The other person who spoke Spanish was quite nice and polite.
