Anytime again - Fun, interactive exhibition that invites you to linger! Retro video games, ball pool and artistically arranged rooms make the Ikono definitely worth a visit.

Morning of leisure - How to become children again and smile at life! Bright and colorful rooms where you can live nice moments in the company of friends or curious children

Good - Pretty nice as an activity though a little too short as an experience. You can go around quickly in less than 30 minutes. The staff is friendly!

Overpriced and overrated - We’ve been told to wait 10 minutes for the exact time of our booking while other people without reservations were entering freely upon buying ticket on the spot. Information says it’s a 90 minutes visit, we were out in 40 because there is not much to do. Compared to the IKONO in Budapest, this was almost disappointing, and only the size of ball pit made it better because it’s bigger.

BAD EXPERIENCE NOT BOOKED - DO MORE!!!! 1 star because less is not possible. Terrible experience. They stole our coat from the stands, which in theory should be "guarded" by the girls at the entrance, who once explained the problem laughed in our faces. Of a unique costume. They didn't want us to see the cameras claiming that the only option was to go and denounce the police .. as if they could take us seriously. After a lot of trouble we managed to get at least a refund of the tickets and then go to buy a new jacket given the cold weather in Vienna in January. If you can avoid it. Also there is a terrible smell of feet and diapers. I happened to get balls out of the tub soiled with who knows what. SAVE THESE 20€ TO DO MORE!

Children's indoor playground - The whole experience was just a mass handling of people and especially children!!! It was never advertised like this. When I saw the advertisement of Ikono, I was incredibly curious and joyful, but this was completely destroyed by reality. When I saw the crowded hall (especially children with their parents) I was just annoyed! It was more like a Monki Park or Family Fun than an immersive adventure museum for adults. Furthermore, it stunk and the waiting times were eternally long because people did not keep their slots and there were just far too many people booked per slot. Everywhere was jammed, it was crowded and the whole organization just seemed incredibly chaotic. Everything seemed a bit dirty and worn out. I had rather imagined that it would be a quiet relaxed, fun experience and that children were not allowed here. Had I known this, I could very well have done without it. There was nothing but loud screaming farting children who just destroyed this experience. For the price of 23€ per person it was an absolute cheekiness. In addition, it was a surprise for my friend for her 30th birthday. This experience was a single great disappointment and will advise everyone I know against it. Advertising about TikTok and co puts an absolutely wrong track!
