Great school trip - School trip, pupils had a great time. Filled an hour with lots of fun and laughter. Will be bringing a new group back next year.

Disappointing and unreliable - I bought tickets online and my kids were really looking forward to it, but when we got there we were facing closed doors! To date, I have not reached anyone at the number given there (tickets from November 22nd), the email address given does not exist and if you want to contact me online via the form, only an automatic reply comes back stating that my ticket number has already expired and they cannot help me. I think it's cheeky that nobody can stand for mistakes here at all and there's nobody to talk to in person.

Disappointing - We have a coupon code and suddenly Ikono is no longer available (neither by phone, nor by email and is closed. Despite several attempts, we received the information to check on social media when tickets can be booked again. I find it a cheek to deal with customers who have already paid.

No info on closing - despite tickets booked online and paid - We bought tickets online and reserved them for November 22nd, had several hours of arrival. Then we stood in front of closed doors, a note on the door informed about a renovation - no information in advance by mail that is closed, nothing, although my mail address was known from the online ticket purchase. Then called the number given on the door to which everyone should contact with reservations, only mobile box and the given mail address does not exist!!! Now I'm waiting for feedback and want our money back... Naughty, fingers off!!!
