A plethora of light and sound. - Great immersive experience and wonderful for the senses. Well worth a trip. Staff were lovely and helpful. It gives you a new appreciation for Mozart.

Thanks Karim! - Since I was a child. I have loved all things Mozart. This attraction is stunning and totally immersive. I attended, twice, with my adult daughter and the team: in our case Karim and Darius were incredible. Karim, in particular masters the English language and as, embarrassingly, my German is very limited, and Austria is after all a German speaking country, this charming young man was able to field my questions admirable and was most warm and engaging: he gave extra information about the attraction and indeed the life and times of Mozart- so helpful and pleasant. The rooms are immersive and have a lovely blend of a presentation of factual information and interactive highlights. The atmosphere so well thought out and atmospheric, in the first room, may scare some young children as it is very dark and explores the death and subsequent burial of the composer: for us though, it was stunning and had the right tone of reverence, but with pertinent information. All of the rooms afford a great experience and the merchandise is great! I found myself making purchases on both visits. I’m so glad I did because they’re unique. I commend the team, Karim in particular, they are great. We often travel to Vienna, from England, and I will return with my husband soon 😊

Mozart genius - A really nice and immersive experience. Through imagination, videos and music you immerse yourself in Mozart's life. Engaging and spectacular... Must do!🥰

Stunning - Amazing experience 5 rooms in total. The first room playing out his funeral with my favourite parts of requiem in D minor including Lacrimosa. Other rooms include Mozarts brain and a wrap around AI video wall. Each roon was around 10 minutes or so. Amazing and dare I say at times emotional immersive experience. Staff were also wonderful highly recommend. Yet another amazing time in this wonderful city.

Don't miss it! - The Mozart myth - you should definitely not miss this museum when you are in Vienna. In 5 different rooms there are interactive stations about Mozart's life. Of course there is always musical accompaniment. If you don't come out with a catchy tune from Night Music, The Magic Flute or Requiem, you have done something wrong. It is really well done! This is how museums are really fun!

Always my pleasure - It was really great and I would go back there in a heartbeat. I will visit it again on my next trip to Vienna. It was also great that you could get information about Mozart's life before entering the rooms.

nice way to spend some time indoors - This was a nice place to visit it was different than anything else we did. The first 2 rooms were really nice the other 3 were less interesting.

Impressive media launch during our visit to Vienna. - The individual rooms are completely different and invite you to linger. The technical equipment and the state of maintenance are top notch. The first station in particular with the many candles immediately draws you in. The last room with the AI projection is surreal and impressive. We only didn't fully understand the room with Mozart's synapses. Overall, the tour was 1-2 rooms too short, despite being perfectly implemented.

An experience without coherence - The experience effect is there, but there is no coherence, no whole. No life story, no musical story, no spoken text or text to read. There are 5 rooms with visual and musical effects, but what you see there is not mentioned. I found it disappointing and thought 46 euros for the family ticket was too expensive.

Tourist trap. Wasted time and money. - Dark rooms with meaningless projections on the walls and background music. Nothing else. I was thinking of an alternative way to approach Mozart's world, but I was completely disappointed. I didn't understand the meaning of it. There is no reference to his life or work other than the background music. I strongly advise against it! Waste of money and time!
