Can’t stay away! - I love all things Mozart: this is a gem! So authentic and immersive- I visited, in April and experienced 3 times! This time, another 3, this time with my husband! Every visit, I notice something different…
Since I was a small child I’ve been fascinated by Mozart: love opera etc and travel to Vienna, often, from England. I head here to immerse myself in all aspects of the history, culture and target of the genius.
If you enjoy Mozart, you’ll love it here; so much more than a simple tourist attraction: the rooms are incredible, well constructive, interactive and educational.
Lovely team! So helpful and, as I’m such an enthusiast, I found they’re all very willing and ready to offer more information and welcome all visitors with a smile and make time for the guest.
Great array of merchandise, if you’re looking for memorabilia. Thanks to team for helping make more memories 👌

Unique, entertaining, and immersive - A unique approach towards Mozart and his masterpieces. The idea of telling his story while walking through different screen-covered rooms really takes you in. The sounds, animations, installations, and ideas were great. Left a lingering and huge impression. Totally recommend it!

The best thing in Vienna! - This was one of the most amazing experiences we had in Vienna! Please don’t miss it! I can’t even explain how amazing and immersive it was, you just have to see for yourselves. It’s very well done and well managed. My kiddo loved it so much and almost wish we were able to go through the rooms multiple times! This was a great alternative for our young child to experience Mozart without going to a classical concert.

Mozart visit - Very interesting and fun. However the sound didn’t work on any of our iphones. They told us later it’s always a problem with iphones. We had to fownload the app and go through again. Fun to have our pictures taken and AI showed us what we supposedly would have looked like in Mozarts’s day.

Not as interesting as we expected. - We expected to find out about Mozart's life and composing but this is really just an interactive game accompanied by loud snatches of Mozart music. We were made to spend far too much time in each room and there was little to learn.

Overall disappointing - Overall a disappointing experience. After going to other immersive experiences (i.e. Van Gogh in Washington DC), this was not quite at the same level. I expected more in one of the prominent homes of Mozart (Vienna). It was barely an hour, repetitive music -- and many scenes from the movie "Amadeus" . I felt like I could have rented the movie.
There were a couple interesting rooms, but not enough to warrant time and money in the future.

Multimedia experience for Mozart fans only - This is a multimedia experience for Mozart fans. The thematic spaces, in each of which other pieces are played, are intended to bring Mozart closer to the viewer, but this is done in a partly very abstract way. Even if I liked individual elements, the whole thing did not convince me. I would rather have liked something to be told about the elements or stations of Mozart, but so you need a lot of imagination to take something from this experience.

Disappointed - Maybe I'm just too old to qualify some lights, pictures and much too loud music as an "experience". Luckily admission was part of my Viennapass, on the contrary I would feel really cheated if I had paid €22 for it.

Unfortunately no - For us it was very disappointing. It didn't tell anything about Mozart's life, that there is an audio guide we weren't told (perhaps
would have understood the whole thing). It was neither informative nor insightful. The first room begins with his death, which is actually wrong.
In the last room there were also many pictures (strips and similar) that have nothing to do with Mozart for us.
For us, unfortunately, not worth the money at all.
