It was a great experience... - It was a great experience to visit Prague’s old town during the Advent season. Lots of Christmas markets and it is very festive!

See Prague Highlights in Day Trip from Vienna - Compliments to the team at White Alligator tours for early communication after my early booking of this tour. We were the first to book and the team kept me posted as they received enough participants to keep our tour on schedule. Our driver (Zoltan) was prompt picking us up and provided commentary on our ride and made sure we had a bathroom/snack break on the drive to Prague. Light traffic got us to Prague early and our guide (Katy) was able to meet us early. Katy gave us an informative tour, pointing out historical buildings and sights, recommending shops and restaurants, and even taking photos for us! Highly recommend this day trip tour from Vienna.

Cesky Krumlov - Had a very knowledgeable driver with Balazs. Very courteous/polite. Even verified the pronunciation of my name. Went the extra mile to deliver back to me at my hotel something I left in the vehicle.
The Prague trip had low attendances so I went with an alternative to Cesky Krumlov. Really enjoyed the walking tour with Vladimira during the castle tour

A good trip to get a taste of Prague - My tour guide and driver, Marco, was late on his way to pick me up for the day trip but he sent me a message via WhatsApp, which was appreciated. He was friendly and knowledgeable and a good driver. The drive is 3 1/2 hrs one way so expect to spend a lot of time in the van. Our local guide in Prague, Jane, was friendly and knowledgeable, but seemed more concerned that we shop from local businesses (perhaps they're all friends with her). She was knowledgeable about Prague, but we didn't visit some of the locations on our itinerary like Prague Castle. Also, when she was asked for recommendations for lunch she didn't have any specific places to point us to, she just told the us to go to Old Town. Keep in mind all restaurants and souvenirs shop are in Old Town and the walk back to the meeting point in the New Town was almost a 10 minute walk away from Old Town. This meant your free time is limited to eat, shop, and do what you like.

Very disappointed - My husband and I have booked tours with Viator before and had amazing experiences, unfortunately this trip was not. Marco, our driver was fabulous but our tour guide was not. From the moment we arrived in Prague she was rushing the group at a much too fast pace. The entire group was disappointed with not being able to take pictures or even to slow down and enjoy the sights. We were all first time visitors to Prague and wanted to experience the city. The guide didn’t share much history with us but seemed only focused on the clock and leaving the group. She walked us a .04 mile out of our way to show us the bus pickup and left. No recommendation for lunch and a half mile from any sights. We didn’t have enough time to get back (backtrack our steps) to the things we wanted to explore. It felt as if we wasted our time and money on this trip. Prague seems to be a beautiful city but we did not have a good time. I am leaving two stars because our drive was fantastic.

Not the Best - Walked 1/2 mile to be shown pickup location only to be told best sites and restaurants were 1/2 mile back. No suggestions for local food. No entry to any monument buildings. Tour not tailored to audience.
Left on own for 2 1/2 hrs. in shopping area that can be found in any big city.
Driver was good and knowledgeable but not on walking part. Guide was pleasant enough but information not presented in a coherent flow. Six plus hours of driving.
