Embark on a two-hour journey to the illustrious summer abode and gardens once inhabited by the royal family. Be transported to a period of grandeur as you traverse the awe-inspiring display rooms, wander around the stunning baroque gardens, and experience a regal persona for a while. Your guide will help you bypass the long queue to the palace, a celebrated World Heritage Site and one of Austria’s most frequented destinations. In 2018, the palace welcomed 4 million visitors. To ensure an unhindered experience, headphones will be provided to listen to the guide without disruption.

Our tour of the palace and the garden will start at the Ehrenhofbrunnen, that is the first fountain on your right side after you will enter through the big black gate to the grounds of the Schönbrunnpalace. Please look for the tour guide holding a green umbrella. Please be at the meetup location 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled meet up time.

Yulia - 5 Star Review - Yulia did a great job providing us good information and keeping us engaged the whole time. We learned a lot about the summer palace and Habsburg dynasty. Yulia was knowledgeable about the history and was able to provide facts that you wouldn't get on a self guided tour. You get to see the palace and gardens in this tour. We really enjoyed it.

Beautiful Tour - We took this tour and loved it bout tour guide was informative and funny. He really kept our interest. The tour was both the inside and gardens. You could easily spend all day here. We had lunch at the Gloriette which I highly recommend. Overall great tour.

Guided tour - We are from Vienna and took a guided tour of the castle with our grandchildren. Also interesting for resident Viennese hearts !

Won’t use Viator again. Incorrect instructions - The meeting location of the tour given by the Viator website and confirmation email was not the meeting location that we needed to be at. We waited for about 10 minutes after our tour start time and then went looking for someone who worked for the tour company amongst the crowd of people in the palace courtyard. Luckily we found someone who then found our tour and informed us that we were supposed to be in the other side of the property. We found our group but by then it was 40 minutes after the tour had started. I hesitated using a third party app when I made the reservation and I will not be using them again.

Great tour guide, poor overpriced experience - The tour guide was an amazing lady. She was really nice and could speak really good Spanish although she is not native. Nevertheless, the tour is too short for the expensive price and the worst part is that it is so suffocating inside the palace. It was difficult to breathe at some point. After the 40 minute visit inside the palace we just went to the garden behind for 5 mins and then the tour was over.
