Exciting and engaging - Simply magical! Exciting, fun, you are captured to the end. Very good artists and super friendly staff. Dinner was nothing short of delicious. Overall it is an exceptional experience in a place that will take your breath away. Highly recommended!

An evening of delightful Strauss and Mozart. - Absolutely splendid! A real delight. Seven musicians sounding like twenty, lovely singers, a wonderful evening. However the catering was below standard, but the rest of evening made up for that by a mile.

Excellent experience - This package was very nice! The meal was excellent and although drinks are out of pocket, it’s well worth it. The concert was wonderful! I highly recommend this for a nice evening. From start of dinner to end of concert, it was just under 4 hours.

Opera-night top - My second time at the Palace to watch the Opera, once again fantastic, very beautiful place, the orchestra is fantastic.

Great experience but it was hard to find and instructions were unclear. - Food was good but drinks were extra. Concert was amazing. Beautiful surroundings! Xmas market was also a gorgeous surprise.

Great tour - My family and I really enjoyed this tour. The dinner was good and very close to the show. I only wish the show was more of a Holiday show or had a few Holiday selections. But overall, we enjoyed ourselves

Deception - The dinner was a disappointment! The 3 protos are summed up to a very poor soup, a basic meat dish and dessert yes that was tasty, apple strudle.
We had little luck to be late and although we were told more than once that it would not be a problem, we were very badly received!... Very rudely the employee sat us and not even a towel wanted to put on our table for dinner! Indescribable! To add, expensive drinks! Water of 0.75L, 9.5 euros! An absurd.
It should be noted that the place of picking up the ticket for the activity is half a km from the restaurant.... So we pick up the ticket, we walk to the restaurant and then we have to make the reverse route to the concert!
The concert itself, the good orchestra, the reasonable space.
Globally, an experience not to repeat. I recommend that you dine at a restaurant of your choice, and there are no shortage of excellent alternatives in Vienna, and that you opt for a concert in a more beautiful, more intimate place.

Fabulous concert but dinner prior to the concert was very disappointing and disorganised. - The Concert was fabulous. Orchestra and performers were excellent.
Dinner prior to the concert was very disappointing, it was apparent that anyone who wasn’t part of the concert package received priority service. Quality of food and deliver times of courses were disappointing.

Questionable - You don't have to publish this. But why do they write “Evening in the castle: 3-course menu and concert”, but then in the “fine print” that neither the concert nor the meal take place in the castle? (The dinner does not even take place on the castle grounds). Very questionable ploy.
