- This tour is not suitable for people with disabilities.
- There is no luggage storage for extra clothing, umbrellas, large bags, suitcases, scooters, etc. Pets are not allowed.
- Skip-the-line tickets to Schonbrunn Palace include timed entry so you don’t have to wait in line for your tickets. Headsets will be provided for groups of 10+ people inside the palace.
- Admission to Schonbrunn Gardens is for free parts only. In case of extreme weather conditions, visiting the outdoor areas may be restricted but the tour will continue as planned.
- There is no Sisi exhibition in Schonbrunn, book our Hofburg tour.
- The gardens are not green or lit up in winter, so it’s best to book a morning tour. The gardens are most beautiful in spring, summer & autumn.

Into the past - An extravagant palace presented by Alex, our guide. His narrative and details made the tour come to life for us. With knowledge and the ability to relate history, it made the tour enjoyable. We chose to end our tour with a carriage ride around the palace grounds before taking the U-Bahn back to our hotel. A fun experience.

The location the group... - The location the group was to meet was unclear. The address does not map on Google Maps. The guide was not fully in control of the timing of the tour or the group. While understanding it was a Saturday afternoon, there were too many groups/singles scheduled during the same time frame that made it difficult to enjoy the palace tour. While the palace and gardens are extraordinary, the guided tour was not a pleasant experience.
