Good activity - It was a good break with tired children. Person at reception was very kind and helpful. Loved the pool.

Not relaxing. And definitely not as luxurious as the price tag suggested - This spa is not worth the hefty price tag. We got the couple’s day pass which included ‚pralines‘ and a cocktail. We could not choose the cocktail and the pralines were cheap supermarket chocolates. The staff at the spa reception took about 5 minutes to even look up and acknowledge us. The bathrobe I got was ripped and was not folded but pretty much tossed over the counter. The pool was not very warm and the poolside didn’t get cleaned while we were there. Imagine used wet napkins on the tables… The final straw was when the family of 4 arrived. The father and sons were super loud in the pool while the mom cleaned her toenails poolside. At least the massage was good.

Pure disappointment… - We were at “The Golden Tree Day Spa” a few days ago and are very disappointed! We booked the Recommended Card with a massage (massage was good, the only plus point) but unfortunately we couldn’t have the cocktail because the ice cube machine was broken, and unfortunately we weren’t offered a non-alcoholic drink either, or they didn’t want to offer us one! (According to the homepage, when booking the Recommended Card, it includes: “a refreshing drink, such as our exclusive “The Original - Golden Tree Miami Beach Cocktail” or a non-alcoholic drink of your choice.”). We fully understand if something is broken and would have liked to have the non-alcoholic drink…but according to the “nice” lady at reception, it wasn’t possible because the non-alcoholic drink of your choice also contains ice cubes (we couldn’t understand that because the drinks fridge was full of cola etc. and we would have had a drink without ice cubes). We could only be offered something alcoholic…a bit difficult if you don’t drink alcohol! We also don't think it's right that yoga and pilates are advertised on the website but aren't offered! The whole spa area seems cold rather than inviting and the constant, unpleasant loud noises made it impossible to relax, which is a real shame! The number of loungers is very limited... and unfortunately we didn't go in the pool because the water was too cold. On top of that, some of the sanitary facilities were broken. The lack of tea was also disappointing! Our conclusion: customer service is not very important here, or is non-existent! For this price, this "spa day" is definitely not recommended and is an absolute disappointment!
