Great museum - Visited the museum and was amazed by the place. We got advised to take a chronological route, and really enjoyed our time. We sadly skipped a part of the museum, but that's only an extra reason to come back.

Huge museum with lots & lots of pictures!!!!! - This place has been on my list for a while. We finally made it this trip! So if you are a person who likes rich, regal or opulent palace interiors this is NOT the place for you. This is a museum and it is full of pictures (Gustav Klimt) and some sculptures. I think there may be 6 rooms total that look as they did when Prince Eugen actually lived here and they are without furniture. So enjoy the works by Klimt and others as you navigate among the tourists and there were many. The gardens are beautiful and extensive. So we purchased the upper/lower ticket with everything included except the 21 thing which was contemporary art (not our thing). The ticket included the upper and lower Belvedere, the orangery and the stables. The upper has the more notable works by famous artists, the lower had an exhibition from Ukraine, the stables had iconography and the orangery had artists that were part of some movement in Vienna. Was a great visit but I would have loved to have seen a couple of perior rooms with the decor. So if ya are after that just go to Schonbrunn instead.

A great Belvedere - I made the reservation online so as not to waste time. The visit took place without any setbacks (except for the strict respect of the timetable), I purchased the audio guide on the spot (which did not fully satisfy me). The Museum is very beautiful and well organised. The most visited rooms are the rooms dedicated to Klimt and the other exponents of the Secession.

Breathtaking - The gardens were breathtaking, the palace was beautiful. I believe its the tourism season, so the rooms were quiet packed with people. I propose setting a certain number of visitors per visit, so, everyone could enjoy the tour, paintings and details of the rooms

Exceptional art gallery - It’s lovely when a famous piece of art lives up to the hype surrounding it and Klimt’s Kiss more than does - I was entranced.

Wonderful art in an impressive surrounding - A delightful place, easy to access, the staff checked the voucher on my phone and let us straight in. The exhibition of Klimt paintings in particular is worth coming for. Such a historic building set in beautiful , what’s not to like!

Great place and I loved... - Great place and I loved the Klimt pictures... they have lots and the Palace is beautiful architecture. No problem with the ticket but they won't let you in even a minute before your time slot, so don't get there earlier hoping to go in! Look at the time it closes as I got a 5 - 7 o'clock time slot and they sent us out at 5.45!

Museum and garden - This museum is one of the stops for those visiting the city. The advice is first of all to buy tickets in advance to avoid queues at the entrance and enter at the scheduled time without problems. The museum is on two floors, it is not very large but there are works from different artistic eras, of which certainly the most famous is Klimt's The Kiss. Despite the crowds, the rooms are large so you can admire everything in peace. The garden is also definitely worth a walk to appreciate the fountains and avenues.

Art uninteresting - Definitely worth the money for art lovers, but if you're only interested in something like this as a tourist, you can definitely save yourself the entrance fee. Otherwise, it's a beautiful complex and a beautiful castle 🙂

Overcrowded Klimt Exhibit - I have to say the museum is one of the worst I have visited in terms of organisation, the Klimt section of the gallery is especially a problem. I am not sure if it was a large tour group, but the room containing The Kiss was almost completely full of people - tourists almost knocking people over and pushing their way through to take selfie and pictures. The staff do absolutely nothing to combat this, and although it is not their fault for the bad behaviour and lack of etiquette from tourists, I think steps should be taken to better organise/control this section of the museum. With so many people, in such a small space, I can’t image it was a nice experience for anyone. It was hard to even get a good view of the painting, nevermind getting a picture. Most disappointing part of my trip to Vienna, unfortunately.
