Great experience - Very informative all around city. Good audio personnel in n the ground very helpful but the bus driver was not when asked question. Highly recommend

Clean bus and friendly staff - Good fun, staff were friendly and the bus was clean. The routes are a bit drawn out so you end up driving a lot and getting stuck at the many traffic lights. On a sunny day you get decent views passing through the city. There are complimentary earphones and an audio guide in many languages available. The paper map was good too.

You either love or hate the hop on hop off experience, and this was no different than any other we’ve experienced. - We have traveled all around Europe, and often use busses like this in cities where we don’t know a lot about them. As such, they provide a good service of providing an overview of a city with historical or practical commentary. Clearly, if we knew everywhere we wanted to go, mass transit would be a better and cheaper option. Also, there are very few of these busses we’ve been on where some of the audio ports didn’t work, or some employees viewing customers as eye-roll inducing ignoramuses (it’s not a great job for anyone). But they do provide an appreciated service, and this particular one was pretty much the same as we’ve experienced all over Europe. We did wonder what a tour in the summer might be like, because even in October with the sun shining through the all the glass on the top, the upper level became positively roasting, with no air conditioning and no way to open windows. My guess would be to try to find an open air bus in the summer and wear a hat and sunglasses.

Okay experience. - Why not make vouchers redeemable at every stop rather than just two? That is a big downer and terribly inconvenient especially if you don't know the city.

was interesting, gladly again - very good routes. the buses come regularly. unfortunately we had too little time to join the boat trip. after the Booking Referral it was stated in the instructions that you had to redeem the ticket at the exit point first, but you can do this at any boarding point with a guide.

Not worth the $ - The bus tours were disappointing. The representatives at the stops were rude and unfriendly. If you just use it as transportation it is ok, but not worth the ticket. They advertise free WiFi on board, when I told the rep it didn’t work, her response was oh well it broke. Skip it and use the trams.

our first of many hop on,... - our first of many hop on, hop off tours around the world that did not have a live tour guide. It was hard to follow along with the recorded commentary, it was a little out of sync with where we were and it was difficult to hear, especially when other participants were having their own loud conversation.
