Family concert - Mythical place, orchestra in period costume, with a finale as at the concert of the 1st of the Year.On the other hand you will not always be in the concert hall of the 1st of the Year but perhaps in the much smaller room BRAMS, we had not paid attention to this detail when booking our tickets.

Poor - It is so sad that not a piano or at least some of his furniture was exhibited; understanding that there were some blanks in his history.

Exceptional music, awful seating - The music played by the artists is exceptional! The seats are awful. Make sure you pay for good seats or perhaps book directly. Spend your money wisely and not on something you can’t see half of what you pay for - the performance.

Disappointed - I recently attended a concert at this venue, and I have to say, it was a huge letdown. My seat was in the balcony, second row, and honestly, I couldn’t see anything. All I could see were the backs of people in the first row, which was incredibly frustrating. I found myself having to stand up just to catch a glimpse of the stage, and even then, it felt like I was merely listening to a radio broadcast rather than enjoying a live performance. The sound quality was decent, but the view was so poor that it overshadowed everything else. The tickets were overpriced for such a terrible experience, and I left feeling like I wasted my money. I wouldn't recommend this venue for concerts, especially if you want to actually see the performance. Save your money and choose a better place!

Terrible seats and staff - I had a terrible experience at the Wiener Mozart Konzert in Vienna, Austria. When I bought the tickets, there was no disclosure whatsoever that some seats have absolutely zero visibility. Imagine paying for an opera and not being able to see anything! When I brought this up with the staff, they were shockingly rude and completely unhelpful, showing no concern for the issue. This is unacceptable for a venue of this supposed caliber. Avoid this place unless you’re willing to gamble on whether you’ll actually get to enjoy the performance. Definitely not worth the money or frustration.
