Vienna im the rain..but always amazing - Vienna always beautiful..second time in a few months .qs time in September in the weekend of the Boris disturbance .. so the weather a nightmare .. but the city is always one of my favorites .. a place that shows beauty in every corner .. I did Shonbrunn .. Recommendation grand tour 32 euro .. with the vienna pass you see only a few rooms .. At the max you pay the difference. But do the grand tour.. Then of course we saw the belvedere and the Albertina. Excellent..with the terrible weather that there was..the only way to survive were the museums

Must have for Vienna! - Highly recommend! This was perfect for our family of 3(including one 7YO) since we were able to use it for so many things! We used it for; the Spanish Riding School, the Schönbrunn Palace(state apartments and children’s museum), the Hop on and Off Bus to get us around, and the Prater Ferris Wheel! It helped save a lot of $ and gave us options. We did the 5 passes for 2 adults and 1 child.

Definitely worth the purchase - We bought the pass with 5 uses, the skip the line at museums was great and we used all 5 options in 3 days. The team at the office, opposite the Opera House were friendly and Informative when we picked up our tickets. Worth the money for us as a family of 4.

Three days and two nights in Vienna, using three attraction plans - The original pass has increased in price a lot, so it is very suitable for people who are traveling in Vienna for 2-3 days. However, if you want to enter the Schönbrunn Palace Museum, remember to write a letter to make an appointment first. When we arrived that day, we found that we had to make an appointment before we could enter. We made an urgent appointment. There is also a place to visit. It is guided by a dedicated person and the whole journey is in English. I think it is quite worthwhile and the introduction is very clear.

Good service - We used the bus for traveling to a site away from the city and during a rain storm. All went well with the experience.

Bad service Hop on Hop off - The Flexi pass worked for us in a couple of places where we didn´t need to wait in line. In the rest of the attractions there were not so many people. However, the Hop on Hop off service was very bad. The drivers are not friendly, the first day we lost two hours on the wrong bus, they make two 15 minutes stops on each route, they park in the sun and if you don't want to lose your place you must resist. Unlike other countries, in Vienna the bus does not have air conditioning down stairs, and they are not clean.

Be prudent with its use - I bought a vienna flexi pass from the information centre near Albertina. The sales staff doesn’t explain you properly how to use this and compare it with other pass. Would’ve used it better with some guidance/ tips.( I say this comparison with the Prague city pass, for which I was guided sufficiently and did not waste my money) With this pass, I wasted my money, more so because the staff at hop on hop off bus cheated me for their ticket!!z Buy this pass only if you are ‘very’ sure of your schedule and visit. If you are going to change, you may end up losing euros on this, with no help from the sales staff

Danube cruise and training Spanish school riding not worth it - We took a Vienna FlexiPass and out of the 5 chosen events I absolutely recommend neither the “Danube cruise” nor the training of the horses. They're a fiasco. The first is a walk along the Danube arm watching parks and graffiti and the entertainment at school is just taking the horses on the trot. Better to pay more and book the school show and not the training. Nor is the room tour in Schombrum worth it. It's almost in and out. More interesting imperial tour. In short the Vienna Pass well but exclude those activities and pay for them separately

not worth it! - we got the 4 visits pass, we really had to do our sums to get any value from this pass and even then managed to save only a few euros... conclusion...not worth it! another tip avoid the danube cruise at all cost, it was one of the more expensive "visit" on the pass but a total waste of time.

massive rip off - Absolutely do not recommend. I paid 44 euro for the Flexi pass with two visits and it failed to scan after one use. It would have cost 22 euro to buy a ticket on the door. A huge, huge waste of money and the people at the ticket offices can't help as it's not their pass system. Do not recommend. Also, at Schonnbrunn Palace you only get a short tour using the pass rather than the full entry - really a rip off in every way.
