Wonderful Excursion - What a wonderful excursion from Vienna! Our river and guide were both amazing and extremely knowledgeable about Slovakia and Bratislava! The tour hit all of the important sites outside of thenOld City by auto and then covered all of the. In the Old City by foot. Our guide did an excellent job of making the tour interesting and informative. She was also willing to answer any questions that we had and gave us some great recommendations for lunch and for shopping. Our driver was very prompt, very engaging and was willing to relay our departure for us so that we could shop a little more. We have taken many Viator tours and this has been our favorite by far!

Amazing Day! - We loved our tour by Daniella! She was thorough and focused on the culture and history of Bratislava. We had a great time touring the Bratislava Castle, driving around some parts of the old Soviet city and loving all the time we spent in old town. Daniella knows all the tips and tricks and had great recommendations for food and shopping as well. Daniel was our driver. He picked us up at our hotel and returned us all safely and with no incident. He's a great tour guide in his own right as well.

Great Travel Adventure - I decided to indulge in a private tour in honor of visiting my 50th country. This was an excellent experience. Our driver picked us up and took us to meet our local tour guide as soon as we came to Bratislava. Our guide was knowledgeable and gave us a well paced and informative tour of the city. We saw so much in such a short time but never felt rushed. It was a chilly day and we managed to see everything and still stay warm. I highly recommend this if you want a taste of Slovakia. Be sure to try the Slovakian rose if you are a wine lover.

Bratislava from Vienna - The best and cheapest way to travel to Bratislava from Vienna is Train. Take train from the Vienna central station or Vienna HBF direct to Bratislava. If you are in the city , you can buy tickets from any stations where you have S-Trains. Same ticket will take you from say Wien Mitte to HBF and from there to Bratislava. You can walk across the city (old city) in a day or take hop on hop off tour. Don't forget to dine in one of the old street restaurants.

fascinating - Picked up by Daniel at Vienna and driven to Bratislava with some interesting facts along the way. Then joined by Daniella with a driving tour of the city. Daniella and ourselves got out near the castle and we had a walking tour of the city and then once we had some time to ourselves Daniel picked us up and took us back to Vienna. Brilliant insight into this quaint and historic place. Well worth the trip. Both Daniel and Daniella were punctual, friendly and very informative. Great day had by all.
