Great Tour, good fun ! - What a beautiful city! The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour!! She kept us happy even though we were cold some times !! Some very dark days were had by the Viennese people, they were also extremely promiscuous!!! Really enjoyed it and would recommend !

10/10 Experience - This tour was absolutely amazing. I was blown away how well it was organised and how knowledgeable Katrina our tour guide was. Even after an extremely long flight we were kept entertained and informed of the amazing architecture, history of Vienna. I highly recommend this tour.

Very basic bad spanish - The Guide arrived just 5 minutes before starting and his Spanish was not good so the tour was very basic plus the ungainly attitude of the same not helping starter behaved helpful but when asking a question he behaved very rough. We don't really enjoy the walking tour

Good guide, but many people. I wouldn't repeat - Guide very well, very historic tour. She explained very well and knew a lot. It is true that I like it better when they tell anecdotes and more curious facts, but without complaints about it the truth. Bad, LOTS OF PEOPLE. It seems excessive to me that there were 90 people, divided into groups of 45. It should be capped, not accepted by everyone. We couldn't get into the sites or anything because we were so many people, if I came back, I wouldn't repeat it because of this. The poor girl leads what she can.

Disappointing and Pushy Experience with Prime Tours Vienna - I was excited about joining a "free" walking tour with Prime Tours Vienna, but my experience was anything but enjoyable. Misleading Pricing and Pressure for Tips: The website states a suggested tip range of €15–€25, which already feels less "optional." After booking, I received an email with even more pushy "recommendations": Under €10: "Not amused but appreciate effort" €12–€25: "Great tour" €30–€50: "Amazing!" But it didn’t stop there. Our guide, Kateryna, started the tour with an unprofessional and uncomfortable speech. She emphasized how much she pays in taxes as a guide and, to quote her: "This free tour is not 'free'... I expect you to pay me at the end of the tour. The walking tours in Vienna start from €25— you decide by yourself what to do with this information." I was completely taken aback. The tour hadn't even begun, and she was already demanding tips! What if I didn’t enjoy the tour? This approach felt manipulative and ruined the experience for me before it even started. For the price they clearly expect you to pay, you’re better off booking a service like Big Bus Tours, where €44 gets you a 48-hour ticket, hop-on-hop-off buses, and additional walking tours—all without the guilt trip. This felt like a scam disguised as a "free tour." I wouldn't recommend Prime Tours Vienna to anyone.

Day ruined in Vienna - We were on holiday in Budapest and decided to spend a day in Vienna doing a tour to get to know the city. Two hours before the start of the tour we received an email saying that if the weather conditions worsened, we would be advised to suspend the tour. Problem is, it was raining, but I don't think that's a reason to cancel. I received no further notices so at 16:20 we were at the meeting point. The Guide arrived quietly at 16:40 to tell us that it was suspended because “the city was flooded and in half an hour it was going to rain”. Neither turned out to be true, but I had to hang around Vienna until 9 o'clock the night I had the train back. I have toured cities with rain and snow, with worse conditions than in this case. Lousy. They left us lying. - They didn't show up. They simply left in a group of more than 14 people without a tour and without warning. I don't recommend it to anyone. In addition no one contacted us or gave us alternatives.
