World Iconic Bay - This is real world iconic Bio bay. No where in the world you will experience anything like this. The boat experience was un matched.

Great tour and communications from company! - Tour operator communicated with us when our tour wasn't full enough to run and made sure to rebook us on another tour while we were on the island. Everything ran smoothly and the guides were very knowledgeable. Our 5 year old son was with us and he was the only kid but they accommodated him well and made him feel so welcome. Would definitely recommend this tour company for your bio bay experience!

Great experience! - Amazing experience! Guides were very knowledgeable. It rained on our tour and we were given rain jackets to use, which was so nice. Would recommend!

Beauty in the Bay - Loved playing in the water from the boat making sparkles ! Captain was very knowledgeable! Learned a lot from him about way more than just the bioluminescence.

Awesome. - Very educational, guide was funny, interactive, and very informed. Night sky was phenomenal. Try to go during a new moon, when it's pitch dark.

Good show - The tour is well organised and conducted. Comfortable and timely pick up and drop off.
Just FYI, you will be given some pipes to agitate the water to see the glow. It was hard to capture on cam.

Read the fine print!! - Viator displayed this as a San Juan experience. However, the pickup location is three hours away from San Juan and requires a ferry. The tour starts late at night, and the ferry is unavailable to return to the main island, so you are pretty much stranded. This is not mentioned on the main booking page. We realized this on the tour day when they started sending additional details. We made a refund request, and they denied it.

Cancel our reservation last minute - Nothing memorable about this place.
The only reason the whole family came to Vieques was to do the bioluminescent tour but they sent us a message canceling the tour the day we arrived saying we needed to contact the site were we purchased the tickets to claim our refund. We texted them back but we never got a response from them.
When I called the site they didn’t know anything about the cancellation and we had to wait until they contacted them to get approval for the refund. The whole thing ruined our experience and on top of that we have to wait a week to get a refund back on the credit card.
Don’t come to this place please!
Go to Jak’s instead. They were able to help us out with the last minute reservation for our group and were very helpful and professional.
Not like nenas island place !
