Best tour of trip! - My teenagers and I loved our bioluminescence bay kayak tour! Seeing the water light up every time we touched it or a fish swam by was stunning. Tour company was on time and friendly. Dorian, the tour guide, was friendly, fun, engaging and shared a lot of info about the bay in a way that’s easy to follow. Had to walk through some muck to get to kayak, but it wasn’t bad and we rinsed off before getting back in the van. So glad we booked this tour, it was worth the overnight trip to Vieques for this unique experience! Recommend booking ferry tickets to island several days ahead, ferry can sell our. Also book rental vehicle and hotel. There were not many taxi cabs on the island. So glad we had a rental car.

Natural Experience on the Bay - We had perfect conditions for the tour and it was so worth it! Truly one of the coolest bits of nature I’ve seen. The process could have used some polishing for sure but the experience was worth the bumps. Be ready to get your feet very dirty when getting into the kayaks and them staying dirty after.

Best bioluminescence bay - I’ve done this trip twice so far and while the bioluminescence bay is always worth it , The providers vary In quality. My experience with this operator was that it was too short and wasn’t as educational as I experienced with a different provider. I think this provider can definitely make It better And will also.

Fun but ill organized - The actual tour was super cool and the tour guide was fun, you could see fish swimming around lighting up the water around you. However, the bus was running 45 minutes behind, leaving us wondering if we had been scammed. The bus driver, and guy who took your information didn’t know any English, but communicating wasn’t terrible. After the tour, the bus driver took us all the way back to our hotel for 10$ each which was nice. If you take this tour, be prepared for the really uneven road they take you down, it’s scary but we lived. I would definitely take this tour again after knowing these details.

Beautiful natural sight - A little rough ride to get there but didn’t spent the time not we were not picked up at the right time either (late) . We were rushed because they had people on board that had to be dropped off at a specific time which was great for them but not for us that we paid and had time to be able to spend our time there in this natural beauty we didn’t get to really enjoy. A long Ride to get there and too little time spent once we got there. The tour guy was nice. I tried to email the Company because we Felt cheated but no one replied or wrote back.

Not professional - The tour guide brought his family to the tour which I thought was unprofessional. It started to rain hard and tour guide still wanted us to go out. Very nice guy but needs more CSR and professionalism.

Viator - Reserved the "Overnight Bio Bay Cayak Tour" for September 9th at 7:30pm. The tour guide canceled the tour due to the weather conditions. I have been waiting to hear from Viator for a refund since September 10th, and no one has contacted me.
