Loved our visit to Ho Chi Minh City!!! - Miss Mee was truly a pleasure as our guide. My wife was having issues with her leg and Miss Mee made sure she was comfortable and did not overtax herself. The tour was quite insightful and provided a good overview of this huge Vietnam city. Due to the distance to travel and our limited time in Saigon, we skipped the tunnels. However, the Military Museum provided excellent information on the Vietnam War and the horrors of this conflict. The rickshaw ride was also quite enjoyable and gave us insight into the various markets where locals shopped in Saigon. we then had an enjoyable lunch of Pho. Our final stop was the Sky Tower whish provided a bird's eye view of the city and Saigon River. We skipped the Lacquer Factory and proceeded back to our ship. A very enjoyable day for my wife and I.

Many once in a lifetime experiences in only 1 day - Hăng from Scooter Tours was fantastic. Very passionate about her country and this shows in her tour and information topics. I loved the pro-activeness as our ship arrived earlier than expected at the port. They reached out to us to come and fetch us earlier to allow for more tourist sites. Hăng was extremely knowledgeable and a pure pleasure to have as our guide for the whole day. Apart from the Saigon highlights, the Chu Chi Tunnels are a once in a lifetime experience topped with tremendous information. To top off the your, Hăng made the evening even better by then taking us on a food scooter tour that was amazing. It was an experience that we would not have done on our own but am so glad that we did this as once again, with a local guide, simply great.

Cu Chi Tunnels & Ho Chi Ming City - Most memorable were the Cu Chi Tunnels because of Vietnam being very near and dear to my heart. Lani also made the entire tour most memorable. She is very knowledgeable of Vietnam and its history. She was pleasant, fun and easy to understand. She is definitely one of the best!!

Didn't go as planned, disappointing - We arrived in Phu My by cruise boat and booked a private driver to show us HCMC. In advance, we agreed about the itinerary, on which the price was based. First the driver couldn't find us (hint: where the big boat is), though we shared the name of the boat and you can find online where it docks. So we started 15 minutes late. Then he seemed not to know the agreed itinerary, because he brought us to the wrong place. We had to alter the route because of that. The next stop was the post office. We got 30 minutes to go explore. When we were back at the meeting point, the driver didn't show up. Turned out his car broke down. They told us to go have lunch. We didn't want to, because we had other plans for lunch, and also weren't hungry at that time. We had to wait for an hour, then he returned. The car had a dead battery, apparently. Obviously, we had to be back at the boat in time, to not miss it. Since we lost an hour, and already started 15 minutes too late, we had to shorten the itineary, by skipping the last stop in HCMC. That was at Binh Quoi Village, where we wanted to have lunch. So we skipped lunch as well. Back at the harbor, the driver asked for the agreed price. Since we didn't get the full tour, we didn't want to pay the full price. There was negotiating by phone with his manager, and we finally agreed on a lower price. All and all it felt like a very amateurish organisation and bad preparation. We were disappointed we didn't see everything we wanted to, as we propably will never go to HCM again. So I wouldn't recommend Scooter Saigon Tour for hiring a private car
