A fabulous day out of the city and wish we had time to do the overnight option - Great trip! Yes it was a bit ‘touristy’ but a great way to get out of the city and into the countryside. A non stop day of fun activities which had clearly been put together to ensure a fun packed day for everyone. Boat trips, kayaking and cycling were such a joy and we were fed constantly! Fantastic tour guide, Milo, was very knowledgeable and fun. Just wish we’d had time to go for the overnight option.

See the Mekong from a different lens : cycle and kayak. - If you want to go to the Mekong delta to listen to locals sing; eat coconut candy and drink honey tea, you could choose from over 100 tour groups on TripAdvisor. However, if you want to add a bit of energy to your trip then I would throughly recommend some cycling and kayaking - you get to see parts of the countryside that you would never see from the tour bus. My wife and I went with our 2 teenagers and we all had a great time.

Amazing tour and very friendly guide - Was the most amazing full day tour. Chow was amazing, his insight into the land and the history truly taught my partner and I more than we would ever know. He was very friendly and was constantly checking in with everyone and making sure we were ok. I am vegetarian and the lunch was amazing, even though I only booked this trip the day before. Would highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for a great experience. If we come back we will sure do it again!

An Awe-Inspiring Journey - The Cu Chi Tunnels are a must-visit, offering a glimpse into the ingenious tactics of Vietnamese soldiers during the war, and you can also experience shooting on site. The vast network of underground tunnels, stretching for miles, is a marvel of wartime engineering, showcasing the resourcefulness required to survive in such harsh conditions. As I explore the narrow, dark passageways, the sheer scale and complexity of the tunnels leave me in awe, offering a profound sense of the determination and bravery that defined the era. The Mekong Delta tour was equally enriching, allowing us to cycle along the river, closely observing the daily lives of the locals. We enjoyed a rowboat ride through the palm-lined waterways, and the tour included rest stops for refreshments and bathroom breaks. Our considerate guide provided insightful information on both the culture and the war. Along the way, we had the opportunity to visit a lacquerware handicraft workshop, though the souvenirs were a bit pricey. There were also chances to purchase local products like royal jelly and coconut sugar. Small tips were appreciated at several tourist spots, such as the human-powered boat ride and traditional cultural performances. The day was filled with memorable experiences, capped off with a delicious lunch and snacks at various locations.

Our guide truly made the tour exceptional! - Thanks to her, we not only enjoyed and understood the rich history of the Mekong Delta but also learned fascinating stories about Ho Chi Minh City, the culture, and even how girls transform into “ninjas” during the day. The tour was perfectly timed, starting with her picking us up right from our accommodation. Everything was seamless, from visiting the beautiful Vinh Trang Pagoda to exploring the bee farm and sampling their honey products. The highlight was definitely the boat ride along the Mekong River, but we also got to enjoy kayaking, biking through the scenic areas, and even swimming. The entire experience was enhanced by the comfortable van, delicious snacks and lunch, and the camaraderie among our diverse group. Our guide was not only informative but also incredibly friendly, sharing stories, trivia, and tips on where to eat and what to see in Vietnam. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the beauty and culture of the region!

Excellent trip - This is a highly recommended tour for tourist who like to immerse in local culture and is a peaceful small group tour. Tour guide Tri is knowledgeable and enthusiastic in helping us getting around, he’s also highly proficient in English which makes communication a breeze. Lunch was well prepared as well. The only improvement would the that it’s good to have wifi and charging ports in the mini bus as our phone runs out of battery by end of the trip.
