A Delicious & Delightful cooking class! - Ana and Luigi were the most hospitable hosts we have experienced! They welcomed us into their home like family! It was fun to chop up tomatoes, onions and celery with Ana for the tomato sauce! The preparation for gnocchi gave us more appreciation for that pasta! Kneading the flour with the boiled potatoes becomes an exercise of perfection! The tip to getting the dough perfect, is with the poke of your finger! It must come out clean..we enjoyed a delightful lunch in their lush garden, paired with a glass of wine!

Family pasta making - Madelana was the most gracious host. She greeted us like family, we sat at her already set for guest table had some olives, cheese etc. she poured us a glass of wine as well. Then went to cooking lessons. She made it so easy for us to make pasta and we shared stories and laughed. The food came out delicious and she gave us the recipe all printed out. Outstanding time! My family and I said it was the high light of our trip. Please do this you will not regret it.

Lovely experience of Italian cooking and culture - We where invites into the home of Emily and her family, such a warm welcome. Started with friendly contact over whatsapp with directions on how to reach them. Emily was already waiting for us at the bus stop. The best food ever and very lovely people. Great experience!

Fun experience! - First of all, we were staying in Salerno so they managed to find a cesarina (actually it was two ladies) in Salerno insted of Vietri sul Mare so that was a great service to begin with and to make it even better, Cesarina's aprtment was only 50m walk from where we were staying so that was a bonus too. Our cesarinas, two local Italian ladies are simply wonderful lovely people! They taught us how to make a regional (Campagna) pasta, stuffed pancake dish and tiramisu which we could eat all on the balcony of their house with some sea view and the sun of course! They also gave us some appetisers (again regional dishes such as buffalo mozzarella and olives), prosecco and wine. There were more than enough food for us all and they were all delicious. They gave us recipes too so now we can recreate all those wonderful dishes at home. The ladies spoke little English but that was absolutely fine as I speak some Italian so I got to practice the language and they were very patient. We made such a good friendship with those ladies at the end. If you love cooking, good Italian food and are looking for authentic Italian experience with local people, then I highly recommend this one because that's all about this experience. We all had wonderful time. Thank you!
