Just Book Them Already - Had a very great experience with Island Taxi. Upon arrival we were greeted by an employee who walked us through the arrival process. As we were the only arrival, the terminal wasn’t busy and probably didn’t save much time. We were then escorted to the Sandals lounge were our driver met us after about 10 minutes. The horror stories you hear about the drive to the north are true! It’s a very rough road, very curvy, and very narrow. If you are at all sensitive to motion sickness, please prepare yourself. Do NOT attempt to rent a car!! Our diver KJ was very friendly and answered all of our annoying questions about the island. Even though Sandals has a free shuttle service I opted for the private transfer for 2 reasons: 1) To get out of the airport ASAP. No waiting to fill the shuttle. 2) Since a shuttle is more top heavy, it will rock back and forth more than a sedan. The road is twisty enough, no need to multiply the effort. For our drive back to the airport, our driver was on time on the dot! Not much conversation, but we were quite as well in denial our vacation was over. Once at the airport we were directed to drop off bags with the airline and then were escorted to the front of both immigration and security lines and finally to the lounge. Airport was a bit busy, so this probably shaved 40 minutes off the process. Overall, this company is highly recommended. Booking online is easy and they are very responsive to emails.

Fast track was Fast !! - From the moment we entered the airport we were greeted with a warm smile and taken to the customs agent . I think we were in the airport for less than 5 minutes. Then the car was waiting and the driver was excellent!

Friendly, quick service! - Went through Customs and immigration quickly!!! Fabulous service and attention from the representatives. Highly recommended fat track and hotel transfer.

Friendly service and best tour! - Best experience ever. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Skipping the long lines helped save so much time! Kevin our driver shared so much history about the island and stopped to take pictures of us. I HIGHLY recommend this package!

Great start to our holiday - Great service. Skipped the line at passport control and customs. Piton beers in the car were excellent and the perfect way to start the holiday. Would definitely recommend.

Must do! - Getting through Customs in St Lucia was the best! We bypassed everyone in a long line & cleared with no delay! Our driver was great as well; stopped along the route to the hotel to take some pictures

Get the Fast Track - So glad we did the fast pass. There were at least a couple hundred people in front of us at customs. We saw someone holding up a tablet with our name. She took us to a separate customs booth. There was a pilot checking in and then we were next. Quickly through and to our luggage. It was pretty busy in the airport and she let us know which documents we needed at each desk. Once we had our luggage, we were off to the Sandals lounge. We wanted to change into shorts for the drive. By the time we changed, our luggage was already in the Lexus SUV and we were ready to go. It is a long drive but we were very comfortable and the driver was very friendly. He told us about the island and stopped anytime we wanted to take pictures. He has beer, water and snacks. The return trip to the airports just as nice. There was a little confusion with drivers (our fault) but they didn't let that faze them. Still made us feel well taken care of.

Well worth it - beware of windy roads. - Great experience getting through customs quickly and the transfer. I gave it 4 stars because the driver was fine but the roads are windy so you may get a little car sick. The driver let us know this at the beginning.

Our driver stopped to... - Our driver stopped to show us a fishing village. It was very beautiful and the driver was great. However there were no drinks in the car like advertised.

Sandals Hotels Luxury Transfers with Fast Track VIP Service - VIP Luxury person that was supposed to greet us when we deplaned was not there. We had to complete the Customs entry process ourselves. Kevin the driver was there waiting to greet waiting once we completed entry. Two stars are due to the great job Kevin performed otherwise 0 stars. I would like to give Kevin 5 stars.
