Fast track and airport transfer - We booked a transfer and fast track through Steven. Really easy we told him what we wanted and it was sorted. The moment we got off the plane it was holiday mode. A member of staff met us off the plane. And took us straight thru passport control and immagration. Which probably took us 20 minutes with collecting our cases. Where we met Steven what a guy. He made our transfer and us at ease he was talking and pointing out different things to us. The guy knows his stuff around the island and knows the short cuts of it's busy. Also the return travel back to the airport was nice and relaxing. And if we ever visit St Lucia again will definitely use is services again. Big thank you from us x

CHIC experience options. - Great customer service and communication both before and during our stay in St. Lucia. Steve provided us with a Fast Track option at the airport on arrival and onward transfer to our hotel. We were so pleased with Steve that we asked him to arrange a full Island Tour which was brilliant. Would fully recommend him. He has a great personality and was very informative.

Amazing experience with Chic Hospitality - We cannot say enough about chic hospitality. Steven checked in with us right away and was so friendly, professional and went the extra mile. He actually informed us before we left Canada that our hotel was closed so we could make other arrangements. Will use this service for other excursions as well.

Great option for Airport/hotel transfer - Steven was a true professional both friendly and informative. Vehicle was immaculate and chilled drinks made available. This made my transfer to my hotel so much nicer than tour operator shuttle option. We'll worth the extra and with the bonus of arriving at hotel 90 mins before others from my flight

Top notch service!!!!! - Steven was our driver and the owner of the company! He was on time, the van was clean, and he had refreshments waiting for us. He was so nice and extremely knowledgeable in the country history, so we got a package deal! We would definitely use him again! His customer service was amazing from the beginning to end! Superb Service - Superb pick up service from these guys. I got WhatsApp messages from them with contact details before our flight and the checked what sort of drinks we would like available in the car. Gave me great confidence they would be there to meet us which they were and took us direct to hotel in a modern and comfortable vehicle. An excellent service that I would recommend to anyone

One of the best holidays we have had. - This is our 3rd time to St Lucia, 1st time for our 2 sons and they love it especially the boat trips. There is more here now ,but shame the roads haven't changed. We just the people so friendly and polite .

Private hotel transfer - Picked Steve for private transfer from airport in Saint Lucia for travel to hotel royalton he was there as expected and even had a cold beer ready for us which was very welcome after a long flight. He also took the time to give us information about the island and for a couple of photo stop! Would highly recommend Steve de Launey.

Perfect in every way - I can't recommend this service highly enough. From the initial booking to being fast tracked through immigration and then transferred to my hotel this service was second to none. I have never experienced such a personal level of service, with updates snd friendly communication at all stages. At the end of our holiday we also booked a private transfer back to the airport and use of the airport lounge. This was best start and end to a holiday ever. Thanks to Steve who is just fantastic and made this such a good experience all round.
