Discovering Vigo: A Family Adventure

Our journey began in the vibrant city of Vigo, a place that effortlessly combines the charm of a bustling city with the tranquility of nature. As a family, we were eager to explore the city’s cultural landmarks and beautiful parks. We started our day at the Museum of Contemporary Art, where the kids were surprisingly engaged by the interactive exhibits. Our final destination was A Coruña, a city that seamlessly blends the old with the new. The drive from Baiona to A Coruña was a scenic one, with our private vehicle providing a comfortable and stress-free journey. Upon arrival, we had some free time to explore the city on our own.

We decided to visit the Tower of Hercules, a UNESCO World Heritage site and the oldest Roman lighthouse still in use today. The kids were amazed by the tower’s history and enjoyed climbing to the top for a breathtaking view of the coastline. Before heading back, we took a leisurely walk through the city’s historic quarter, where we admired the beautiful architecture and enjoyed some local pastries.
