• Plaza de la Corredera - Our cooking classes start with an engaging tour of the Corredera market, where we explore lively stalls brimming with fresh vegetables, olives, aromatic spices, and a variety of meats, fish, and charcuterie.

Together, participants will choose the ingredients for the menu, welcoming suggestions and accommodating any dietary preferences or intolerances—everything is flexible!

After gathering the fresh produce, the group will head to our venue to prepare a delicious meal together. We use simple ingredients and create easy recipes that can be replicated for years to come in your home kitchen!

Our private cooking classes are led by Gabrielle Mangeri, a dynamic New York City transplant who discovered her passion in Córdoba in 2010. With more than 25 years of culinary expertise, Gaby comes from a family of enthusiastic home cooks, where she cultivated a diverse palate and a love for all things delicious. Her culinary journey included experiences in Michelin-starred kitchens and vibrant local bars in Spain, eventually inspiring her to launch her brand in 2017—the first (and only) natural wine bar in Córdoba. Nestled in the charming Plaza San Andrés, this hidden treasure specializes in natural wines and local delicacies, offering a truly unique culinary experience.
