Recommend for a unique, fun and educational experience - I really recommend this ice cave tour if you are visiting iceland. It was an amazing and unique experience, and if you are staying in vik it is a short ride away. Our tour guide, Jake, was extremely knowledgeable and a great guide. He very thoroughly answered all of our questions and we learned a lot about how glaciers are formed, the volcano, animals around iceland and more! He also took great photos which is always a plus for a tour like this

Adventure bug - Today we went on the off-road cave tour. We were having a big snow storm today and was a little nervous about going off roading. Our tour guide Jake made me and my friend feel so comfortable. He kept us informed and made sure we were safe. We had the best time. Would definitely recommend Jake for any tour!!

Snowy expedition! - There was quite the snowstorm on our tour date- our tour guide Jake was a knowledgeable and skilled at getting us to the glacier and ice caves despite the challenging weather! It was a unique experience for our trip!

Book the early tour! - We had a great time on this tour and it felt like we had the glacier to ourselves being the first group out in the morning. I highly recommend booking the first tour of the day with this company - you’ll see the difference from the start of the tour until the end with the number of vehicles there. The ice caves are always changing, so my pictures today won’t be the same as another tour later in time.

Must Do Experience & Company - You can tell they are safe and know what they are doing at Katlatrack. Definitely book with them. The experience was incredible and not super challenging if you are worried about ability level. Families of all ages were walking the paths. The ice cave was otherworldly. GuÐjon and Jake were awesome guides. Again, we felt very well cared for.

Unbelievable views, very professional. Our guide was great, lots of fun and very knowledgable. - Amazing experience. Highly recommend. The trip out to the glacier was almost as fun as the hike. Everything we needed was supplied, It honest felt like we were on another planet!

Fun time on the Katla Glacier - Tomas guided us on the Katla glacier to a very cool ice cave, all the while telling us the history of the glacier, volcano and south Iceland. The walk was leisurely and safe.

All good bun tour - All right alone, the tour was going a little fast they didn't let you take many pictures, if you stopped to take pictures sometimes they went forward without you and I had to run to reach them

Katla Caves, Fascinating - Fabulous trip with Davis, despite very rainy and windy conditions. He was funny and informative the whole trip. Fascinating to see the topography with the veins of volcanic ash, mixed into glaciers hundreds of years old. A fun super jeep ride over the volcanic ash desert, a 20 minute walk/hike onto the glacier, viewing of a glacier falls with the melt and rain, and the most fascinating of all going inside the ice cave. I was a little surprised at how small it was, and that there was only one, but it was an experience of a lifetime none the less. If its raining make sure your clothes are truly water proof.
