Great Experience. - The tour around the Islet of Vila Franco do Campo was amazing. It was a highlight of my time in Sao Miguel. The views were amazing. During the tour I was able to kayak into a cave in the rocks. I just kept saying, “wow”. It was so much fun and professional run. Highly recommend this tour and this company!

Perfect Weather, Friendly Guide, and Professional Company - Situating the kayak rental was very efficient and the guide was super helpful throughout, helping a few people in our group who had fallen out of their kayaks (due to their own novice skill level).

A lot more fun than the ferry. - We signed aboard this tour after realizing that we wouldn’t be able to book tickets onto the ferry that goes to the island. We really wanted to see the island, and this was the ideal answer for us. Rather than be crammed into a small boat with 100 other people, we had a beautiful leisurely kayak trip out to the island. We paddled around the island, entered a small cave, and then spent a wonderful hour in the island’s perfectly round lagoon. It was a great morning, and our guide Enrique did a fine job for us. We highly recommend it. It cost a bit more than the ferry, but it’s well worth it. It’s not a hard trip, but it does require a certain minimum level of fitness to do it.

Amazing trip! - This was an amazing day. Such a great way to see Vila Franca do Campo without having to wait in line for the ferry. Pedro was an amazing guide, we got to snorkel and it was lots of fun. Highly recommend!

Great service and tour! - It was great to experience the islet by Kayak! Epic Volcanic Azores Adventures gave us great guidance and introduction to the kayak and tour around the islet.

Repeat. - We loved the experience. Our Guide Pedro explained history about Vila Franca de Campo and took us very well around the island (he put us in a cave that gave us some impression as it looked like the mouth of the island).
After that we entered the island for an hour and then returned

Very very pleasant experience - First time by kajak in open water, the visit to the islet was great, the sea was quite calm and it was easy to get there.

Beautiful! - A beautiful trip by kayak to the beautiful island in the sea. The Guide was top notch. Also told a lot about the origin and history. Nice Kayaks. We really enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

Tour to the island. Islet trip - With amazing views from start to finish and adventures in the middle of the sea in unique, secure and terrible caves! A trip to not forget. To help the wonderful tour we also counted on the presence of Pedro, our Guide who made everything even safer and beautiful, thanks for that.
