Worth the money and time! - Easy location. Easy to find from the Marina. We had Bruna as our “guide” and a male captain (sorry I can’t remember his name). Both were amazing! Really friendly, courteous, and truly welcoming. The boat goes slower than other boat on the river, which gives you time to explore and enjoy the views. Every seat on the boat is a great view. Food and drinks are a great plus. We did the 5:30pm sunset tour and it was great. Also definitely try the hammock! It’s terrifying at first but the captain will make sure you will be fine. Not as scary as it looks!

Douro 6 Bridges Trip - 8 of us booked this boat trip. It was great having the boat to ourselves it was a lovely relaxing trip. We didn't realise that food was included so when were served meats , cheese and bread that was a real bonus. Highly recommended..

This is a must! 5** - What an experience sailing on a private boat up and down the douro River. Hosts were excellent in helping and had thought of all things we needed to make this trip even better. Our baby daughter had her own life jacket and toys to play with, we had blankets to keep us warm at the end of the evening as we sailed along the river watching the sun set. We had complimentary drinks and home made cheese and snacks. Superb end to our holiday thank you

I will repeat this experience every time I get it!✨👌🏻 Perfect! - This was my year as a bride and when I was asked what I wanted to do on my bride's farewell I didn't hesitate. The first thing that came to my mind was going back to Happy Douro. I had been on my cousin's single farewell in 2018 and I loved everything. And ever since I said that I loved taking the same ride when and if someday I was getting married. It was the first thing I made for my single farewell. At Happy Douro they always answered me with all the sympathy and kindness, were super attentive (as always) with me and with the group of my friends on the day and besides, the boat is beautiful to die. It stands out from all the boats “modern style” that you see, precisely for having a more “vintage/old” style. And I love it! Everything combined translates into an amazing experience and I can say that my friends knew they were going to take a boat ride, but didn’t think it would be so beautiful and so cool. They all adored, praised and said it was the most fixed moment of the day. It was worth booking in advance! Thank you Happy Douro, I hope to come back a third, fourth and as many times as I can!

Glorious Experience - We booked this trip a couple of days beforehand as the reviews were great, and 100% correct, it was a brilliant trip. Ten on the boat, made sure it wasn't crowded and it was a wonderful way kick back and chill out. The young lady, sorry forgot her name, who hosted us was awesome and couldn't do enough to make sure we had a lovely time. I wold highly recommend this experience, but jut note the Maria is a little eway out of the centre of Porto.

The cruise has fun! - A pleasant stroll in small committee on the beautiful boat of the Happy Douro piloted by our two hosts Helder and Bruna. They gave us a nice welcome with a glass of port and a nice platter of appetizers. After a slow navigation on the river passing under the 6 bridges, we experienced the hammock flush with water in front of a magnificent sunset. An enchanting and timeless moment. I highly recommend it.

Happy on the Happy Duoro! - We would absolutely recommend a tour with Happy Duoro. Bruna and Hélder were the most gracious and knowledgeable hosts. Our comfort was first priority and a lovely selection of snacks and beverages were provided. Bruna stepped in as photographer and suggested some nice poses and even convinced me to brave the hammock. I’m so glad I did!!!! I would have always wondered what I missed. A wonderfully memorable experience on an unforgettable vacation.

Beautiful day out on the river - This 2 hour private trip was the highlight of our time in Porto — the hosts were wonderfully attentive but also very unobtrusive, the charcuterie & chilled wine went wonderfully with the gorgeous views of Porto bridges, and our 9, 7 and 3 year old kids found plenty to do!! A truly beautiful day on a classic boat. Grateful to Bruna & the Captian.

Beautiful boat and amazing captain and first mate - Our family took a 2 hours cruise around Porto and we had a great time. The hosts Hélder and Bruna were wonderful, they made the experience even more enjoyable.
