She made the tour very special by giving us extra information and answering all questions. Leo took us to some great local spots that we wouldn’t have found otherwise! Wining and Dining Through Gaia - The experience is a tour of local flavors through a part of town less traveled by tourists. Leo was our guide and she was exceptional. She was flexible with the group and made sure everyone had an incredible experience.

Absolutely fantastic - Excellent value - We got lucky and had 2 tour guides (as one was in training, but already had so much knowledge that we felt like we had 2 fully trained tour guides) - Goncalo and Diogo. This tour was absolutely fantastic. We had been in Porto a few days and had the opportunity to try some of the food and wine ahead of time, but this tour took us to places that were a little "off the beaten path" and more frequented by locals. We definitely got to explore more of the Villa Nova area than a tourist walking around on their own normally would. The food was excellent at every stop. G & D were very entertaining, friendly and informative. They were extremely knowledgeable about Port Wine - history, processing, etc. - but also the food and about any questions we threw at them about Porto, the surrounding area or other topics as well. There were 4 of us on the tour and yet we ran past the 4 hour time frame on the booking, but G & D pleasantly entertained additional questions. There are many options for these kind of tours, but I am SUPER happy I chose this one. It was a great fit for my husband and I, and strongly recommend it (even if you've already been roaming the streets and sampling the food like we had). You learn more than you'd expect.

Great visit with G - It was a great trip with G. The best way to discover a city is through the food and the drinks, and this trip is your way to go. You have five different stops, starting from a sweet, drinking Porto wines, other wines, and a lot of other good stuff. G is very passionate, knowledgeable. He’s a local from Porto, he knows the ins and outs. And it was super fun, super nice. So we can only recommend this 100%.

Great Tour and Amazing Memories - What a fun and amazing tour. There very heavy rain the morning of the tour and everyone rescheduled or cancelled. We were soaked but powered through. So glad we did! We had the tour to ourselves. Goncalo was a great guide. Lots of great information about the history of Portugal, Porto, and wine. The tour of the winery was very informative and fun - especially the old cellar! The lunch at a local cafe along side of the winery workers was a lot of fun. Highly recommend the tour!
