During this experience, the host will guide participants through the various stages of making the pastel de nata. For those interested in participating in every step, please contact us to arrange a private session.
Please note, entry to the workshop is not permitted once it has commenced, with no exceptions.
This tour is not designed for children. Children under 12 years old, or those who cannot reach the counter, will not be allowed to participate.

- The legal drinking age in Portugal is 18+ years old
- We recommend families with kids to request a private tour. Any behavior, from kids or adults, that interferes with the experience normal functioning will not be tolerated.
- For safety reasons, the guide will not allow children above 12 years old to participate in certain stages, even if their guardians claim that they are capable of doing so, even if it’s a private tour.
- It is not possible to enter the workshop once it has started. The door will be closed at the scheduled time and entry will not be permitted, given the possibility of rescheduling or obtaining a refund. No exceptions will be made!
- Not suitable for people intolerant to gluten and lactose
- Minors will not be accepted without being accompanied by an adult.

Great Class - The class was excellent! Everyone had a lot of fun and Ana did a great job teaching us and also being social. I would highly recommend this group class to anyone visiting Porto.

Very good time, recommend for all pastry fans - 2h30 workshop led in English by Anna, very friendly and very clear in her explanations. Participation in the different stages alternately with the other members of the group (total of 8 people). Well received with small fresh juice then glass of vino verde, we could then taste all our pastels. Accessible recipe that I could remake at home (also small special molds sold at Good Award).

A great experience - Anna, our instructor was very knowledgeable and made sure that we knew why to do things a certain way. She made the whole experience fun and entertaining and I can't wait to get home to make Pastel de Nata for my wife and our friends. I might even experiment with flavouring the custard (will start with whisky as we live in Scotland)

Fantastic baking class - Fantastic class with Jennifer and a great group of people. Everyone had a chance to take part in the baking process and there was lots of beautiful green wine available to keep us going. Would definitely recommend

fun casual class! highly recommend - excellent class and instructor, Anna! she is outgoing, fun and gives clear direction! the wine we had was amazing too! everyone is our class was fun and we got to talk and get to know one another! i highly recommend this business and Anna!

Pastel de Nata in Porto - I had a wounded experience. Anna was a great teacher and explained each step in great details so everyone can understand and follow later.
Fun and rewarding with a delicious Pastel de Nata at the end.

Delicious and fun! - We had a wonderful experience learning to make delicious pastel de nata. Chef Ana was great; her humor and patience created a welcoming atmosphere, allowing the group to get to know eachother! We would recommend this activity for anyone interested in baking or eating.
