A jaw dropping experience to see the magnificent Iguazu Falls from a new perspective. Brilliantly done by this company. - Magnificent experience to see the amazing Iguazu Falls from a new perspective. The flight delivered for everyone onboard with views of the falls from the side and both ends for both sides of the helicopter. Been on a few helicopter experiences and you can end up on the wrong side for the thing you are gong to see. But this company ensured all people onboard got the same view. Even the middle person seat was ok.
The company was very professional and liked the flight briefing and the option to have photos and videos of the flight as extras. The site has an excellent shop and facilities. Staff are great. Big thanks to the pilot for a great trip. Very smooth and very exciting. Definitely value for money. A must.

Amazing Experience! - Had booked for a flight on a Thursday, but the weather and visibility was poor, so no flights that day. Staff were great - ticket could be used on another date. Went back around 3pm the following afternoon. No queues; Waited around 20 mins for there to be enough people for the minimum flight number. Flight was FABULOUS! Pilot made sure there was opportunity for clients sat both sides of the helicopter to take pictures. Yes, the flight is short, but it was an amazing experience to be able to see the falls from above and get a real sense of the scale of them. Would definitely recommend and I'd definitely do it again! (The gift shop is also very well stocked...)

Exciting - Indescribable the view you have during the flight. It's really exciting. The company operates in an organized and secure manner. Indicate to do, if you have a place to live the helicopter experience is in Foz do Iguaçu. The cataracts are amazing.

Incredible experience - Four stars, plus an extra for the opportunity to sit next to the pilot. All in all, an incredible experience flying over the falls. You will fly over twice. Be aware that you will have an unpredictable waiting time until 7 people have arrived. And you can't choose your seat, maybe the middle seat in the back is not so spectacular. At the end you can buy fotos and a video for 60 USD.

Panoramic view of the Falls - If you have conditions, it is a wonderful and unique experience. Because the view of the Falls is beautiful. I super recommend. Oh, if you can sit in front of the plane, because behind it's not cool to take photos or video. Because they put 5 people inside the helicopter so those who are late and sitting in the middle lose the best views.

Stunning views - The flight was an outstanding experience! It's good to know that the flight always takes off when there are 7 people, so the waiting time can vary. We did have to wait a bit, but I was lucky and got to sit next to the pilot, so it was just outstanding. The flight circles the falls twice and you get an outstanding view. If I had gotten the middle seat in the back, I would have given it 4 stars. Photos and a short video can be purchased after the flight, the whole package for additional 60 USD.

DO NOT RESPECT PRIORITY FOR CHILDREN WITH ASD - NICE VIEWS AND THE RIDE, PITY THEY DID NOT RESPECT THE PRIORITY OF A PERSON WITH DISABILITIES, AND KEPT US WAITING OVER AN HOUR WITH MY SON WITH AUTISM, WHICH IMPAIRS THE RIDE.

Misleading - The tour is basically, show up whenever you want before 5pm and wait for the next flight. Okay, I understand that. The last flight is at 5pm. The refund info is that you have to cancel at least 24 hours before the "beginning of the tour". Since the tour can begin as late as 5pm, I assumed (incorrectly) that the 24 hours began at 5pm the day before. Not so. They count the tour as starting at the first tour in the morning. I tried to get a refund and Viator and the operator gave me a hard time about it.
So, figuring that if I dont show I will lose my money, I rushed to the terminal and made it just before 5pm, costing me the cab fare. When I got there, they were already closing up for the day. I was told that they had already canceled my tour (without teling me), and that even if I had not been cancelled, the flight would not have gone anyway because they require at least four people before they will do a flight. Since I was the only one, I was out of luck.
Viator is falling down on the job. This stuff needs to be clearly spelled out in the tour information, including when the cancellation period ends. I still have received no confirmation of the refund. All Viator does is say "we are really concerned and will look into the matter". Do not take this tour. And if you are smart you will stay away from Viator as well. They offer almost no support.
