A trip not to be missed! - I gave 5 stars to the guide Laura, who told us all the way about both the Teide National Park and Tenerife in general. A special mention also to the driver, Adrian, who made us feel safe.

Day trip to Mount Tiede National Park - Laura the tour guide was very knowledgeable about the whole of Tenerife and in particular Mount Teide National Park. Laura was also very friendly, as was the driver. I’d highly recommend!

Island tour - Have just had an amazing 8 hour trip around the island. (Dec 26th 2024.) Our guide Barbara was so knowledgeable . Everything was so interesting. Can highly recommend this trip. The coach driver was amazing. The roads are very narrow and winding. He did an excellent job. Coffee stops were great. The only downside was the restaurant at lunchtime.The owner/ manager was so rude and arrogant to a table in our group. The staff were also very abrupt. It was a 3 course meal for 17 euros but it wasn't anything special and you were very rushed as only had an hour to eat. May I please suggest you change the restaurant for people to eat. None of our tables left a tip due to the rudeness of the owner. If your going on this trip have lunch in another restaurant. There are plenty to choose from and look much nicer. I'm sure you will be much better looked after.

Wonderful tour of this fascinating region with the best guide and driver ever! - Fantastic tour of the spectacular Teide National Park including cable car ride. Our tour started with a very prompt pickup directly from our hotel by our Tenerife-born guide Enrique and bus driver Adrian. As the trip progressed we picked up more passengers and Enrique's excellent English commentary was now added to with Italian as well as his native Spanish. His commentary included history, geography and geology of this fascinating region delivered with great humour in every language. There were well-spaced comfort stops and full information about time we had to be back at the bus. The cable car ride to the Teide summit was spectacular but the trails at the top were more rugged than we expected - hiking boots would have been a wiser footwear choice. We were blessed with perfect weather and the views were spectacular at every turn. Highly recommended tour with a super guide and very safe driver. Five stars .... Six if we could!

Teide tour in the rain - Luara was very warm and welcoming to the whole tour group. Luara is bilingual which accommodated to the non speaking english on the tour. Very informative about the history and landscape of Teide. Overall would thoroughly recommend to anyone to use this group and Luara.

Magnificent day - Top excursion for the price with José the bus driver who drives like a boss especially on the tiny Masca roads. Laura the very smiling Guide speaks very good French.

A nice trip, but rushed, and with a technical error - The trip had problems but generally it was a good day out. They picked us up from a hotel close to where we were staying, the tour guide lady and the driver, Miguel, were great (highlights of the tour really). Straight away we were asked if we had booked to go up in the cable cars, there was NO option for this when I booked the tour so I assumed this was something we paid for on the day if we wanted to go up in the cable cars, turns out it was an error on the site or something so we couldn’t go up in the cable cars. This was super disappointing because I did really want to do that. Felt a shame to get so close to the top but not be able to go all the way up! The main thing I had an issue with was how little time they gave us at each stop! I chose this tour bc it said we get 1.5 hours at each stop, you DONT! because we couldn’t do the cable cars the Roques de García was the kind of main stop for us, and we had 40 mins there, which felt super rushed, my friend and I managed to take a few photos of each other and that was about it, we had to rush back to the bus. We had lunch while the others did the cable car, which was really nice, great views, but again felt like we had to eat and pay and pee quickly to get back to the bus lol. all in all, very long day out, fun, I dont regret going, but a little disappointing. Also not the fault of the tour, but a lot of passengers were coughing and spluttering the whole journey, which was hard to be sat amongst for so long :’)

HORRIBLE! - HORRIBLE!!!! 48€ x 2 pax for 1 Transfer to Teide: we saw nothing of the national park because the program was not respected: flying! The aggressive and threatening driver was driving very fast. The Guide also very rude and aggressive, did not explain anything. He continually talked about bananas and snow in winter, as well as completely false information: we believe that this Guide is not certified or Certified (a complaint will be filed with various government bodies). The tour company does not take responsibility after several solicitations, they robbed us, abused us and lost 1 day of vacation. Run away!
