Totally untrustworthy - My friend and I booked this tour in February for departure in April. The booking was confirmed by TripAdvisor and we booked our overnight bus to Villahermosa from Oaxaca. Three days before the tour was due to start, we messaged the company to confirm meeting details. They did not reply. The following day we then attempted to call the company. They answered the phone but hung up when we explained why we were calling. The hotel concierge also tried calling (in Spanish) but the company again hung up the phone. After that the phone was uncontactable. We were fortunately able to get a refund on the tour because it was more than 24hrs in advance, but we lost the money for the overnight bus tickets we had already booked. I would strongly advise people should not book this tour, and TripAdvisor should consider de-listing it from their site.

Do not trust this tour company - It was ridiculous for letting me know that they canceled my trip on the day prior to starting this trip with them. I was in the middle of my entire tour and the rest of the trip got jeopardized only because of this company. The red flag was they were not picking up my phone neither was responding to text messages before the travel. So I contacted TripAdvisor and they confirmed the tour to the customer care agent of TripAdvisor; however, they still canceled when I was almost going to arrive at Villahermosa. This is not acceptable and the damage can not be just repaired by refunding the money. This agency should be banned from TripAdvisor to keep their reputation intact.
