Super complete excursion with a guide of 10 - An excursion of 10. Eduardo, the guide, made the trip very enjoyable, fun and interesting with his extensive knowledge of botany and geology. David, the person I initially contacted, super efficient and helpful. He didn't stop until he found me a place on the visit I wanted to make. I would repeat with them without hesitation.

Enchanted city with charm - We went to the Enchanted City and Birth of the Cuervo River, we had a very good day. Eduardo, our guide was phenomenal, for his knowledge, but not only that, his know-how, his friendliness and his kindness, he is the guide you would always like to find. The visit is worth it for the place, but with good company it is better. Maria and Michele...

A unique experience - The tour guide was very punctual and friendly and explained everything in detail. Although it was a rainy day with a storm, I had a great time. The excursion with this team is highly recommended.

Positive experience - Our guide was Eduardo, who attended us magnificently at all times, giving detailed explanations on each of the visits and making the morning we spent with him pleasant. On the other hand, they canceled the free tour of mysteries and legends due to the illness of the guides, I would have liked it if we had had the option of doing it with another guide even changing the date or time. All the best.

What a great excursion - The guide who took us, Eduardo, did a great job, taking into account the cold and rainy weather conditions. He explained everything most interesting to us both during the round trip and in each of the three places, helping us in everything he could so that we understood it well and answering each question with good information and friendliness. We had the inconvenience of not being able to go completely up to the source of the river due to the flooding at the end of the journey, but as far as he could show us it was a great visit. The Devil's Window wasn't bad either, but the best was undoubtedly the visit to the enchanted city and the explanations about geology and botany that Eduardo shared with us. We ended up drenched in water, cold in the bones and exhausted, but it was an experience that I would repeat (although, at another time of year with better temperatures and less rain). Thanks Eduardo!!!

Disappointing after nice trip - Before the trip there was bad communication. The guide did a phone call to the other people of the group. I didn’t have that I had to make contact for knowing the place the bus should pick me up! The trip in nature was good The guide told a lot about everything. Driving back I discovered that the other 7 persons didn’t have lunchtime included and they all payed €50 for the trip. I payed €65 including common lunch(payed by yourself) When I discovered this I tried to explain it to Viator helpdesk this mistake after my travel back home. . Until now I am still waiting for this amount of €15. That is why I didn’t go with Viator anymore during my travel. I think you must understand the mistake for getting back confidence in your organisation!

Source of the Cuervo river prohibited for swimming. - The source of the Cuervo River is inaccessible for swimming. There being no indication specifying this, many people go there with their bath towels for nothing! Lamentable not to specify this anywhere. Too bad because the place is set up with picnic tables, elevated access to the waterfalls! It's definitely not worth the detour.
