Surprising bites, good visit - Very entertaining visit that allows you to discover new information about products as common for us as Iberian sausages. The tasting very good and complete too. Although what surprised us the most for good were the 8n Iberian bites of food, the chef has level of star michelin, surprise to find such good and well done bites in a place that is not a restaurant; our experience was Iberian Flavor and is highly recommended in its entirety.

Excellent and entertaining visit - Excellent way to enter the world of Iberian ham, very entertaining visit, excellent tasting and a later gourmet experience super enjoyable. Must-see if you are in Salamanca for a few days.

Best of the ham world - Great visit, so well explained throughout the tour by Michel and the things we learned.

Iberian immersion - Very interesting visit , very welcome and very good tasting. We recommend taking the tasting with the chef who allows to discover several products

An absolute must!! - Absolutely brilliant event. We started with the factory tour and Michel was our guide. Fascinating insight into the production of jamon and other inberico products. Followed by a tasting and an exquisite lunch put together by Javier and Robert. Cannot recommend this tour more highly.

This is a must do if you are in the Salamanca region! - The tour is special!!
You'll never get that close to that much ham again. Looking, smelling, touching and of course tasting makes this a fantastic event!!!
Then the snacks with the chef completes the afternoon!!
