- P.º Delicias, 67 - Masterclass on Iberian ham: origin, classification and preparation. Visit to the winery and drying rooms. Tasting of our 100% Iberian Bellota Ham and our traditional sausage. All accompanied by a glass of wine from the Sierra de Salamanca. For a modest price choose the Iberian Flavor Experience and after the visit you will be able to delve much deeper into Iberian gastronomy in a lunch of 8 Iberian bites prepared by our chef. Includes water, bread and coffee.

We will repeat - Brutal. Know from scratch each of the steps until the sale, know the products they have and then taste them and enjoy the flavor experience where we taste different Iberian dishes with innovative techniques and dishes. We will repeat the experience but try the Fine Dining Fan. 🔝

Iberian ham tour - It was fascinating to learn about the iberian pig and processes. The tasting was good to experience the flavours of the various cuts and qualities of meat.
Despite the tour operator booking me alone when the minimum is two people I was acomafated by the company which is a credit to the company and excellent customer service...

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - Exceptional both Michel (tour) and Carmen (gastronomic experience). Very nice, interesting and unique. The gastronomic experience with pairing is well worth it. We will repeat.

Martin Family Tour - The Ham (Jamon) Factory was a terrific experience for our group of about 20. The factory was remarkable in its care for quality and cleanliness. Migel was our tour guide and he did an excellent tour, presentation, and handling Q&A.
We all loved the tour and learned a lot from it.

Everything great we will repeat - We loved everything, all the workers were very friendly and attentive. I went with a 4-month-old baby in a carrying backpack and they were great even with the little one. We will undoubtedly repeat the experience but this time the 4-hour premium that you eat there from time to time when the little one is older

Great guided visit to the temple of the Iberian ham. - We spent an hour and a half walking around the company with a Guide who infected us with his enthusiasm listening in detail to everything he said about ham and other products. The final great tasting accompanied by a local wine. Definitely recommended this visit.
