Magical! - A magical trip on a beautiful foggy morning! I'm not a morning person but getting up before dawn was definitely worth it. Vytus was a great guide with a wonderful sense of humor! I also appreciated the hotel pick up. A great way to celebrate a special occasion. I also liked the champagne and First Flight Certificate at the end. : )

Peak Life Moment With My Elderly Mother! - It’s started with a 5am chat with Smile Co. My mother and I had arrived the previous night in Vilnius with no plans. I woke up early and searched TripAdvisor for best things to do in Vilnius. Hot air balloon popped up. There were two companies. I texted both on WhatsApp. To my utter surprise, Smile Balloons responded immediately at that wee hour. They had room for two of us on this glorious day with not a cloud in the sky. I couldn’t pay via their website for some reason using my credit card. They accepted my booking via WhatsApp (had to give full names and weights) with the option to pay on site. I was pleasantly surprised that their price was less than what was quoted on TripAdvisor. Albertas picked us up at our hotel an hour before take-off. The Toyota Landcruiser drive to Trakai (approx 45 mins) was a delightful experience through the countryside. My elderly mother had difficulty getting in and out of the balloon basket. Albertas and his aide were super accommodating. He gave us a detailed briefing before the flight. The flight was the best thing my mother and I have ever done. It’s coming from someone who’s traveled to 82 countries. Albertas jovial demeanor and attention to detail had a lot of do with it. The champagne toast at the end was the icing on the cake. He safely brought us back to our hotel before 10pm. I can’t recommend these guys enough, especially those traveling with vulnerable family members, like in my case, my elderly mother. It is totally worth every dime.

Just book it! - What a great experience! From pickup to touchdown, Smile Balloons were professional and thorough. There were only 6 passengers on our flight and we appreciated this small group experience. The company was great to communicate with on the status of our flight and our pickup location. Ride over Old Town Vilnius - Vytas & his crew were outstanding! We flew a little later in the evening due to airport clearance. We saw the sunset, and the entire experience was amazing. Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) had a blast!

Fantastic Experience and a Tour Without Any Flaws - It was a fantastic tour! The people conducting this tour were very professional at the same time very helpful. Within 10 minutes booking the tour I received mail as well as messages and with prompt replies all was decided about pick up. The vehicle arrived 10 minutes before time with a message to me. I am a senior citizen having mobility drawbacks but I was helped very well to get into the basket. Loved it and strongly recommend!

Exhilarating experience! - From start to finish the operation was smoothly professional. The pilot’s communication was excellent throughout. As a first time flier this gave me total confidence which countered any fear I had. We took off smoothly and the tracked directly over Trakai Castle. Landing in a small area surrounded by power lines and trees was accomplished easily. A thrilling but fun experience which I would thoroughly recommend.

The "Smile" team was not only very kind, but also available 24 hours a day with their WhatsApp contact. they gave us the possibility of moving the flight one day due to bad weather. Furthermore, I think the price is adequate for the expected experience: drop-in and off by car to the departure point, the flight which lasted almost an hour, and finally the flight certificate with champagne to toast with. Personally I would also like to thank the "pilot" (if one can call it that) Vytas, who explained to us during the flight how the hot air balloon mechanism works and put us at ease. last but not least, we were also shared a wonderful footage of our hot air balloon ride, taken by an expert via a drone. I highly recommend contacting the smile hot air balloon team, because we had a great time.
