Fabulous - I 100% recommend Smile Balloons for a flight at Vilnius or at Trakai. From the quick response to my enquiry, through regular contact until I was collected from my hotel, and finally to the drive home after the ride, everything was so well organised with the ‘customer’ at its heart. Very efficient people were involved with the physical effort of taking us and the balloon to our launch site and setting everything up. They also provided clear instructions for the flight, and our pilot happily talked to us during the flight about the ‘ins and outs’ of ballooning. The final cherry on the cake was a glass of fizz and presentation of our proof of flight certificate. The flight itself was wonderful start and end in fields that earlier in the year had crops in them and we had great views of Trakai as we flew over it and then over forests of trees. Quiet, peaceful and smooth (apart from when the burners were on!). We were collected around 6pm and were back in Vilnius by 9pm.
