• Paneriai (Ponar) - This private day tour offers the opportunity to explore fascinating sites around Vilnius. The journey begins at Paneriai Memorial Park, a site where thousands of Jews from Wilna were tragically killed.

The Paneriai or Ponary massacre involved the mass murder of up to 100,000 individuals by the German SD, SS, and Lithuanian Nazi collaborators during World War II. These atrocities occurred between July 1941 and August 1944 near the Ponary railway station, now known as Paneriai, a suburb of present-day Vilnius, Lithuania.

• Kaunas - The tour continues to Kaunas, the temporary capital of Lithuania and currently the second-largest city in the country. The itinerary includes a visit to Pazaislis Monastery. Afterward, the group will return to their accommodation in Vilnius.
• Trakai Island Castle Museum - Following the Holocaust site tour, the group will proceed to Lithuania’s second capital, home to one of Europe’s most beautiful castles, situated on an island in the lake. There will be an opportunity to enjoy lunch at a traditional Karaim restaurant or take a boat trip around the lake. From October to May, Trakai Castle is closed on Mondays, allowing only for an exterior visit. In December and January, the castle is closed on both Mondays and Tuesdays, with only outside visits possible. A boat ride and lunch are available options.
