Fun tour even with the rain. - Alan was a lot of fun as a guide and we saw so many sites. We got slightly wet but didn't mind and still saw it all. The boat trip was a welcome addition and getting to get dropped off atHarrods to look around was unexpected.

Amasing bus tour and great guide! - We participated in a vintage bus tour with a Thames River cruise. The email we received included detailed information about the meeting place and check-in method, so we arrived without any worries. There was a staff member waiting for us inside the station building, so we were able to check in smoothly. An old-fashioned vintage bus, people walking by spotted this wonderful bus and took pictures. We were lucky to be able to sit in the open space on the second floor of this retro bus. Our guide, John, is very knowledgeable and has a great service spirit. He was kind throughout the tour, both on and off the bus. At Buckingham Palace, John took a lot of photos of us, the tour guests. He was a really kind gentleman. At first, we had planned to walk around London on our own plan, so we gave up on sightseeing in the city. However, thanks to this tour, we were able to see all the sights in London in half a day. We were very satisfied with just the bus tour, but surprisingly, we took a Thames River cruise at the end. The view of Big Ben from the bow was amazing. Thank you to John and all the staff for your kindness

London and More in One Day - We were on a crunch with just one day to explore London, and picked this tour to see it all. We enjoyed our tour guide Elisa and our driver Sean. We saw Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, did a boat tour on the Thames, and a changing of the guard ceremony. Elisa was witty and had lots of interesting history to tell us about, and Sean was a safe and efficient driver. Later we transitioned to another bus out to Stone Henge. Our new driver (sorry not to remember his name) was professional and got us there safely on a long adventure. Would highly recommend this tour!

Vintage double decker bus - The tour guide was super knowledgeable and amusing. All the random tourists asked for photos like he was Tom Cruise. I had a great trip!

Highly recommend - I sat at the back of the bus up top and was able to hear the guide without issue. It was a well done tour that hit the highlights of London - exactly what I was looking for as I was only in London for a day! Highly recommend for anyone who wants a well-informed broad overview of London and its history.

Good tour - Good tour. Maybe a little too long. Knowledgeable tour guide. A little bumpy process getting from the boat to the London eye.

Poor timing and not as advertised to add eye tour - While the guide was knowledgeable We took this tour to see the changing of the guards. We only caught the very last part. We also did not have time to view buckingham palace but We added the eye tour to our package and he told us it was a 15 minute walk to there. Google said 35 minutes which was accurate so no time to see the palace. Very disappointing

Only so-so - The tour was so-so. The tour guide was fairly good, but you couldn’t hear her clearly because the sound system was muffled. The same thing happened when Frank was our tour guide on the boat. You couldn’t hear him well at all, especially when you were on the bow of the boat trying to take a few photos. You had to choose between hearing the tour inside and taking photos outdoors with the poor speaker system. The boat was a public Uber boat so I don’t think the tour company has any control of the sound system though. Also, we had quite a wait between the bus tour and the boat tour. It didn’t seem well coordinated. Overall, we were surprised by how mediocre the tour was given the good reviews on Trip Advisor. Maybe they just had an off day.
